Tanths, dont you think amma overacts now. To me she is a source of annoyance rather than appreciating her talents as an actress. I would like to see a more layered character...

Though I did enjoy the ear pulling and K reacting to the pain....😆😆

Today I felt she was quite all right..have you watched ballika Vadhu.. she is supposed to be acting there too.. the reason I ask is bec whether the dir has deliberately asked her to go over the top or is she naturally over the top..

No, never watched that serial. But when she first came on screen, she was subtle in her performance and showed her to be a layered character. Even after KP marriage her performance was measured and layered. Don't know but for sometime I feel she is just hamming her performances.

it is like bits and pieces acting..one day she is brilliant and another day she hams..I was very irritated during the burial event and was stunned when she does exorcist and psycho rolled into one..then again she went overboard ..but today ...she was good..[for me]

I wished they showed more layers to her character. She seems to beat the same drum without any progression. I want to see her vulnerabilities and I want to see her being a mother. She was shown to be a mother when she started but now we never see her act loving or caring without an ulterior motive...

True that , her maternal instincts are reserved for Komal.....

even SS has become one dimensional ....actually apart from GD and Kesar and Adarsh ..All the characters have remained the same or regressed
