May be the actors are competing with each other and want to get noticed by the viewers and have forgotten have to work on their chemistry and work as a team.

They seem an emotionless bunch, showed no emotions of celebration, excitement or gave a celebratory hug after the wedding date was set. It was business as usual for them. No excitement from Aman who got what he wanted...marriage with Arushi. He should show some genuine happiness, and I dont mean the forced smile he gives always.

I may be one of the few here who don't find Mathurs odd. I know of a very educated family like them from my younger days. Disconnected, high achievers but emotionally distant living under the same roof. In fact I find their portrayal very realistic. The outside world may not see it as much. In fact, Mrs. Mathur seems the typical Mom who is the go to person in the family. The glue that keeps the family together. All of them complain report and vent to the central station that is Mrs. Mathur so strong are their egos.
