I doubt it means anything the creatives have simply shown his things scattered in order to portray his devastated condition. It cant symbolize his rebirth because this is not the first time his band has been broken though it could be something holy which protects him they are a bit old fashioned he may be a bit superstitious, though even that is doubtful since he has been stabbed before with the beads in tact and a persons' intelligence with a lot of luck protects them not specific things.
