Based on what I saw in y'day episode and what transpired to get them to that point, I don't think Prats really thought about the very many ways this could have played out before she decided to withhold the secret from Krishna. She bought into her father's fears. By then Krishna had already assured her he woudl hamesha saath denge. Had she really reflected then, she would have told her Papa that she would take whatever Krishna dished out and told him the truth. How did anything change? The very thing the Prof. feared has come to pass. Only we saw the Takurs go ballistic in his presence and we haven't seen Krishna's reaction in private with Prats yet. The
Prof. has always been one to talk about standing up and not fearing and yet ends up causing more trouble in his daughter's marriage. I always felt he was the hidden villain in his children's lives.😕😕😲. In their mutual quest to save each other father and daughter have caused a whole slew of problems. Krishna was the one left to face the shock of it all.

Sure this has hurt her big. She has brought this upon herself by perceiving Krishna in the worst possible light even after he had given her reassurances over and again. Sure she tried to tell him just before the trial but by then Krishna had had it. Who wouldn't after asking her over and over and telling her he was prepared for the whole truth. Her vachan to her father superceded her marriage at that point and she said there was no such thing. A lie. Yet when it came to saving her father she threw her marriage to the dogs and came clean. She has to learn to speak her mind without an audience from now on.

To save her face as female lead they have shown us the coal face painting, as ghastly, crude and cruel as it may seem. When will she learn to walk away from her sasural instead of taking their trash talking. Did she think after the public humiliation she owed them that much?

I am not sure how damaged she would be "FOREVER" as you put it but this time around it's Krishna that has been left holding the bag. She caused much of how things played out bec' of her choice to sideline Krishna when it came to the truth. Either way she would have had to face his music. Why not in private, why the public spectacle before the private hashing out that is yet to come?

It was terrible the way the Takurs handled her y'day but feel even worse for Krishna who has to deal with her and his family. She has her family to back her up, he is left on his own. So much grief for loving someone? He sure got the short end of the deal in more ways than one, including being married and loving someone who didn't value it and who seems not deserving of his love at times based on her choices. If this didn't wake her up I don't know if she will ever know Krishna or love him. He has taken more humiliation than an average person ever would.

The ball is squarely in her court now and we have to see how she assures Krishna to not lose trust in her. The shoe is on the other foot and she may learn a thing or two about what Krishna dealt with in the early days of their marriage.

Yes she was also shocked by him still accepting her as his wife, anyone would be after all he is just as narrow minded unfortunately she will awaken from this misconception once they are alone. I;m not saying he will leave her but his anger will show her that he has many questions he needs answers to before he can decide how to takes things forward, this in understandable though.

Komal yes she is just as unpredictable as Krishna but she is easily manipulated by SS just like Krishna as well don't you think? Though I;m sure she would try to help but would she go against her father I doubt it

u have posed the q and u have given the answers urself regarding Kriya..so let me concentrate on Komal ...

Komal in many ways is not a naive like krishna...she is quite clever , she will not be so easy to fool like Krishna...she picks and chooses her moment to deliver her punches ..and they are killer punches too ...if push comes to shove...she will push her father and continue to nag until FIL gets released...😊

Komal is clever there is no doubt there but she fears SS that is also very obvious, I have noticed how she speaks in front of him she states her points but only because SS allows it, he has the ability to silence her in but a few minutes this is the truth. In that aspect I find Krishna is naive but has the ability to stand up against his father despite the circumstances. Personally though I agree with you on the nagging part she will definitely bother him until she gets what she wants but SS is not the type to give in especially when his future in politics is at stake. 😛

unlike Krishna , Komal has an ally ...her Amma .....and we know Amma is favorably disposed towards Komal and adarsh ....if Komal whispers her maange in her Amma's ears...then SS will not be able to withstand the attack from both sides and will succumb ..😃
