Pratigya, just stood there today while, Krishna, went against Sajjan Singh laws. She is a smart girl know how to used her husband. she very well know how much krishna loves her, yet she question it.

i do wish they'd stop pratigya doing more and more negative stuff. i wonder how long a show can sustain one's interest when the lead is getting less and less likeable. maybe the creatives have drawn out some redemptive behaviour or change...there needs to be more depth...the character right now is drawn too flat, emotionless and irritating.

SS and Katra Naresh were spinning their own web and saying whatever it took to ensure that the Angad biradari vote back was guaranteed. Will Krishna see his father's manipulations and lies for the sake of politics and topple his plans by outing that Angad was alive after he meets him in the coming weeks?

Ur conclusion is based on the fact that Angad comes out in a week or two…what if he comes after the election….or worse what if he comes before the election strikes a deal with SS and reveals everything to Baba ….Father will not let her leave the house [ Kayasth vote bank and Swajathi Party are there] , Son will not want her anywhere near him , The only happy person would be Amma…and we know her tongue !!

Why would Krishna topple SS election campaign, he has grown in it , he has used it in campaign of Pratigya….IMO, he will not topple it …but I do wish he will topple it , this enrage SS so much that he will throw Krishna out …with no SS behind him, no financial clout , Krsihna will have to start from scratch, Hopefully this time he will be a MAN

Amma tried to stop Mr. & Mrs. Baba from going to his sasural but Krishna being a henpecked husband lately argues with Amma and leaves the house. After a very long time Amma got her prasad from SS once again for not stopping Krishna and Prats from going to her maike. This is bound to fuel the rage and hatred Amma feels for Prats even more.

This was one scene when I felt like shaking Baba to the core….Amma's rage and anger would be justified if such scenes continued !!

The lava is boiling and gaining more steam..............the eruptions are not too far away. When it happens there is going to be mayhem and hell in both households of gigantic proportions and the fallout will be anyone's guess. But right at the center of all this will be Krishna and Prats's marriage barely hanging by a thread.

I hope that thread is tensile !!

After a tiresome week of SS's political plans and Prof. and his family's notanki, are we all in agreement that we are glad that this week's episodes are over. Hopefully the next week will be a more happy one for viewers with some happy and funny scenes. But with the current storylines that seems likes a pipe-dream. We can hope though, can't we?.

This kind of woman would make a man weary. mera, I am weary of her now. when I see the unnecessary stress she creates and the constant unending problems I am become so weary I feel like dropping this show.

Krishna has his pride and wants to come out the winner. I think he wants to prove to her she was hiding her love and that she really loves him. The fool is so in love with her he is ready to eat his self-respect like a high-priced dinner if he as to just to get her to love him.😲😕 That is the height of desperationmera, in this one aspect krishna is delusional and from what I have seen of this girl he will never come out the winner. It is sad to see that except for instances that involve her, he seems logical, intelligent and very strategic. you got ot see some of those instances before but not anyomre and I really really want that to stop CVs, please

I am not saying SS is a good man . But the fact remains he has done these things . Pratigyas maika has not given her a single ornament , saris , gifts , nothing . Nor have they even invited her and her husband over for dinner even once . She lives at sasural comfortably although hubby isnt working and gives nothing to the son from her end .........physically , emotionally or financially . And Yet shows loads of attitude to her sasuraal people . Frankly , after seeing the unreasonable pampering of Krishna and the way Pratigya wins her so called battles due to him , I often feel rather sorry for the old brute SS for losing so pathetically each time with the uppity Saxes . Kool, I sincerely hope that SS throws them both out Monday (inspite of Guruma's guidance) or if he cannot then they should be put in solitary seperately (with armed guards outside) for Krishna's recent action which will ultimately cost him the election. I would prefer the first option personally. SS is trying to strenghten his political foothold for the prosperity of his family. that to me is not so unreasonable. If Krishna even in this cannot eb eexpected to show loyalty and discretion to his family then he should be disowned with his wife. I am tiring of Krishna now big time. his father is right he should change his name from krishna Singh to krishna shyam saxena. disgraceful portryal of a special character like Krishna

Mia, this is the thing that I hate most of the way CVs are portraying Pratigya. leads should always be multi-faceted charaters otherwise what is the difference b/w thema and a supporting character. she seems so one dimensional and her only strength seems to be manipulations. she manipulates her family, manipulates him, essentially manipulates any person who has shown an affection for her. that is such a crying shame. and it is very very very very distasteful to watch such a repeated portrayal of a lead.

After Marriage, Krishna's brain to seems to have been infected with saxenatitis...it is not functioning at its full capability, Usually a word or look would have been sufficient for this guy to understand that Daal mein kuch kaala hai, now even if the whole blackened daal is held in front of it, his brain is not able to process it....Krishna is a prime example of Joru ka Ghulam ...there are no other words for him and his blindness. SS, I have become hoarse by saying again and again is a practical, pragmatic and astute man. Right now, the election are coming up and his focus is and should be on winning it...and it shud be the responsibility of other members of the family to support him or at least not put any obstacles in his path...and here Krishna is disappointing me majorly with his Pratigya, Pratigya...There is time for everything . Now is not the time for Pratigya Mantra,he did try to help, when it was rejected, he returned to his life,Why can't this girl accept that, esp when it appears her fmly seemed to have accepted it !! 👏

Why would Krishna topple SS election campaign, he has grown in it , he has used it in campaign of Pratigya'.IMO, he will not topple it Tanthya, he will topple it. tanthya, Even if Krishna were not her husband and Nitin or some other person were her husband, the blackmail and kidnap issue raised by angad would still exist and have affected the Sax family and any marriage that pratigya was part of. Prof would still have had to deal with the issue. this is not a Krishna issue it is a Prat created and Prat focussed issue. the name of the husband is incidental.

Without the marriage to Krishna, Pratigya is a non-entity in SS life. the only reason she and the Saxs are being given this importance is becasue SS does not want to hurt Krishna. If Pratigya were not Krishna's wife there would be other ways for SS to deal with them and still retain the vote. it is becasue of her direct relation with Krishna and therefore the singhs that the situation needs more than necessary careful handling.

I have one solution only to this problem, kriya is headed no where it seems and Pratigya beign the lead cannot be killed off, so either we divorce them or we kill of the character krishna. if the latter then at least the cycle will end and Krishna fans can go catch another show.

She has not learned the first lesson in marriage. NEVER SPEAK ABOUT HER MAIKE AND THEIR NEEDS AT SASURAL. Mera: I live by this rule.. it is unspoken but very very true. . after 12 years of marriage my inlaws (who are very loving and supportive of me as their DIL) still show disapproval (non-verbal) by any comparisons between the two homes or any partiality towards my maiden home.

the way i see it.

pratigya - her true personality and strengths it seems will never be disclosed as long as we see her in this hyperactive and borderline neurotic capacity

it seems the shock of Krishna's entry in her life has required her to create this defensive illusion in her mind.

the fact that she is now a SINGH and not a SAXENA has not penetrated her brain. she seems to interpret the scenario thus - she is a SAXENA living as a result of s self-imposed compromise in an out of town dormitory with an extremely indulgent and obsessed jock-like roommate who just happens to be very rich kid from a powerful, influential politically connected family. her distance from her home makes her get hypertense and this boyfriend wannabe roommate unfairly uses his brawn, his families money and riches to keep alleviate her stress (knowlingly or unknowlingly). and she expects this of him like the average "I specialist" preppy teen idol (with no gratitude whatsover) as a price for her tolerating his obsession at such close quarters.

there is no other explanation for her behaviour. wow, I never really liked teen dramas as they are superficial and farcial, no wonder I am tiring of this show

I have no brothers and so my elder sis and I have had to to take on certain responsibilities that typically a brother would have assumed as my parents got older.

however, inspite of my continued involvement in my maayka, i am still very cognizant of the fact that I am a daughter of two homes not just one and have responsibilities towards both homes. Any other attitude would mean I am being disloyal to one of the two homes.

my husband is very supportive of me and my maayka but then again that is because we live seperately from both homes. he full expects me to be equally supportive of my sasural and its wellbeing. this was clearly expressed by him in the early days of our marriage. a kind of reciprocity

I found Pratigya's actions manipulative and wilful for these reasons:

a) the way she backtalked her FIL.
b) the way she totally tossed aside her sasurals' circumstances or pressures in her desire to stablize her maayka.
c) the ways she seeks krishna's assitance and support without giving him the courtesy of being a confidante in a problem he is helping her solve

If it were me, I would have spoken to my husband knowing that he wants to help and explained what i just heard my FIl say, then mention my concerns from dad's health perspective and said ok I know that going to maayaka or to the police station will be not be appropriate because of FIL wishes so can we do something else, can we call my bro so that I can hash this out with him on the phone and we can come up with a plan B. In coonsideration of my sasural, my support will be existent but from behind the scenes. Adarsh can do all the logistics. her efforts to convince her dad have been ineffective so obviously dad's cooperation is not the way to go if resolution is needed.

her hubby would have accepted, her inlaws need not have known and even if they did SS being the pragmatic person he is would have not objected (remember when inspite of not sending her to pooja Amma did not want her to call her family - it was SS who told Amma she was beign unreasonable and he say nothing wrong with a phone call).

her actions again appear wilful, immature and self absorbed. Uff why do I bother. she is so tiresome. Her influence on krishna is making krishna tiresome

Kools, tanthya and hope, you guys have kept this thread hopping all night/day/ .....😲 and gave me plenty to read. I try to keep my original post after every episode concise but the trend currently has a lot to put out there to dissect.

I agree with your posts. Pratigya is a spoiled, seif-absorbed teen-like brat of the highest order. In her quest to free her father from jail she is going to throw herself in her own hell and this time let's hope Krishna is man enough to look at the facts and her hiding,manipulations for what they are and throw her out on her sorry behind out of his life.

This girl, yes, it would be an insult to call her a woman given her immaturity and behavior, needs a big WAKE UP CALL with bells and whistles and maybe that band that SS organized to welcome her back to her sasural. She needs to be left in isolation till she comes to her senses. With a father like Shyamji who needs Angad or any other perceived enemy to screw up a daughter's life by teaching her to hide things from her husband. It's no surprise Prats has a history of hiding and lying to her mother's face before her marriage. She adores her Papa and he is a rotten role model for his whole family. Someone has to stop serving him chai, that would be jumpstart him into using his brain again.Wonder if he got any at jail since he got there, that would be pure torture for the Prof.

I am speculating at this point if Creators are turning the show to use Pratigya as a negative role model,NOT to be followed. Are they shifting the story to show what happens if a woman behaves like Pratigya............make everyone involved with her miserable. At this rate if young girls watch this show, as we saw on SBB, some very girls think she is a good role model, it's scary to think they could follow her choices on this show.

Hope Creators fix this show before there is a mass exodus to find other new shows that are sprouting up. They had a unique show to begin with and now they seem to be lost with the script, diluting it and taking it all over the place. Krishna as a wuss is painful to watch. Don't we have another wuss in Adarsh already. Maybe it's Pratigya's influence, she has been around a spineless brother that she is turning Krishna into one. But then why is he a pullu-holding husband, what happened to the man around Allahabad with an attitude? Why is Pearl Grey ruining her favorite character like this? Something is not adding up here. Any guesses?

i seriously don't know mera. do you think she is starting a new project and so her interest is waning in this one?

or maybe she is trying to dim Krishna's popularity as Pratigya (her intended lead) was hovering in popularity in Krishna' shadow.

really sorry but if pratigya is on the screen and Krishna is missing I tend to fastforward those scenes in exactly the same manner that I fastforward any scenes involving only the Saxenas. I rely on Written updates to find out what happened in those scenes. yet I am drawn to watch any scenes that involve Krishna (even those without Pratigya) and those involving SS. (especially those without Amma - I don't find Shakti and SS interaction boring but I find Shakti and Kesar scenes repulsive) these two are the only reason I watch this show.
