baldev trying to convince the raging krishna------beta....ye uske bhale ke liye hi hain.....kya tum nhi chahte ki pratigya thk ho jaye...?
krishna-------chahte hain......hum ye chahte hain ki woh thk ho jaye lekin istarah kabhi nhi.....hum usse acche se acche docotr ke paas le jayenge,uska ilaj karwayenge....sab hum khud karenge lekin use asylum hargis nhi bhejenge....woh pagal nhi hain.....
baldev threw his hands up in the air in frustration-----aab hum tumhe kaise samjhaye....krishna woh sirf pagal hi nhi balki khatarnaak bhi hain....tumne dekha nhi kis tarah usne hamari jaan lene ki koshish ki? aaj hamari jaan lene ki koshish ki hain...kal ko kisi aur ki.....use yahaan ghar mein rakhna hi nhi chahiye....
krishna----par cha cha ji pehle to usne kabhi aisa....
baldev stopped him in between and said------to tum ye kehna chahte to ki hum ye ghar chodkar chale jaye? apna ghar? kyunki ye sab kuch to hamare ane ke baad hi ho raha hain kyun?
krishna-----aap hume galat samajh rahe hain....
baldev-----hum sabko bht sahi samajh rahe hain... beta ye acchi baat hain ki aap apni patni se bht pyaar karte hain lekin ye aapko ekbar sochna chahiye ki woh is pyaar ke kabil hain ki nhi.....
krishna became thotful.....
baldev smiled shrewdly...he realised that his wrds have hit the ryt place... he put his hand on krishna's and said-----beta wahaan bhi bht acche acche doctors hain jo pratigya ka ilaj karenge...woh bht jald thk ho jayegi.....
krishna looked up at him,with faint hope in his eyes............
the asylum people arrived there in almost an hour.... the dragged pratigya down as she was nt coming on her own....in fact they lifted her up and carried her downstairs...she cnstantly shouted and screamed on top of her lungs...it was a heart-wrenching sight.... krishna clenched his fingers into fists as he saw her condition.....bt he stood there quietly...he was too shocked to move...it seemed as if somebody had glued his feet on the ground.... pratigya noticed him and shouted-----krishnaaa......plzzzz in logo ko bol do...ki ye hume na le jaye.......plzz krishna.......hum nhi jana chahte.....hamara yakeen karo...hum pagal nhi hain........
to her utmost shock,he turned his face away...-------krishna?
as her feet touched the floor,she released herself with a jerk and came running to him..... clutching him tightly frm behind...she hid her face in his back and cried------plzzz krishna....hume pagalkhane mat bhejo.....plzz.........hum nhi reh payenge waha........mar jayenge...plzz krishna...
he turned,his eyes were dry and cold.... he took her hands in his and said------pratigya........tum....wo.......... he licked his lower lips..which had become as dry as a leaf-------tum thk ho jaogi...wahaan bht doctors hain....aur....aur....hum tumse milne ayenge..........
pratigya withdrew her hands,she cudnt believe her own ears--------krishna....tum........tum BHI?
he held down his head in shame....he cudnt face her..........
he watched silently as they dragged her towards the van.......she kept on crying and shouting till the last moment as they put her inside the van and drove away....... as she had completely disappeared frm his sight...he turned back.....and slowly walked towards the stairs.... he ascended themj...one step...two step......suddenly evrythng went black and he rolled down the stairs,unconscious.....
