Gagan Singh was angry to the highest order,Sajjan Singh of course bailed out him, but his son Krishna helped Manorama to escape and to marry that Kayasth boy..this was the insult of optimum level.Gagan Singh called Sajjan Singh several times and took out his grudges..but Sajjan also hit back by saying ,"Humre Bete ka itna dos naa hai jitna kasoor tohar Betia ka hai..uska toh pahle se chakkar tha.. khamokha humre Bete k baare me ulta seedha mat kaho.."..Gagan became more angry.
"Baba..baat sun leo..kuchh din ghar pe raho..ee raat raat bhar chakkar katna bandh karo.."..Sajjan ordered..
"Aap Syamjee se baat karo..Pratigyajee aur humare saadi k baare me.."..Krishna insisted..
"Abe..Partigyajee..Partigyajee..jhola me lia ghoom rahe hain hum oka..keh die na ..k Kayasth ki Beti is ghar ki Bahu nahi na ban sakti..tum baat samajh me kaahe nahi yaar..?"..Sajjan fumed..
"Theek hai..aap humri baat naahi maan sakte..humka bhi aapka baat maanne me kauno dilchasbi nahi hai..ee sun leo..",Krishna declared.."Kayasth ki ladki is ghar me nahi aayegi..jaan leo..baad me mat bolna k khabar nahi hui..Baap ne bataya nahi.."..Sajjan concluded..

Gagan Singh was informed that several wagons of his possesion have been robbed ..the situation and all clues are indicating to Thakur Sajjan Singh.The ambiance of Banaras and Allahabad got hot to hotter..every second day shoot outs started to take place.As a result suffice amount of gang members of both gangs either became injured or died,Police was on high alert.The Government passed the order of encounters.There was no other choice as the ruling party had to answer the high command.The road to Delhi always passed through the lanes of Uttar Pradesh.To secure the lobby in Delhi,it was the top most priority to keep virtually clean UP, specially the places like,Banaras,Kanpur,Lucknow and Allahabad.
If Banaras and Allahabad became noisy ,of course the revenue from the tourism will have a bad impact so as the education.Because every year,many foreign students come to this cities.Kanpur has the Indian Institute of Technology,many national and international delegations come there to interchange the knowledge, more over Kanpur is a strong Defense base of India.Lucknow itself is the capital city and a major Army base camp.
Already several bomb blasts had damaged Uttar Pradesh to a huge extent ,now if the local mafia leaders creates chaos..it will be a disaster.Uttar Pradesh Government can't afford to have these hazards as this state has seen enough.
Home Ministry had enough meetings..to make a specialist team DCP V.K. Shinde was the first choice,but this man is himself a danger,he doesn't care about the ruling party or opposition,he just concentrates on the crime.It will be a high risk to give his such authority and power.Talk,cross talk,argument..everything was over.. finally it was decided that let V.K. Shinde work on his own style..let him handle the current crisis,once it will be over,the matter of V.K. Shinde will be sorted out.
DCP Shinde was called by the Home Minister,he gave him the authority clearence and announced him the Head of the Special Task Force.

DCP Shinde was seated in his office,he was looking at the letter smilingly.. everything went according to the plan.His officers robbed Gagan Singh's property in disguise and Sajjan Singh was blamed,and the gang war started..now the Home Ministry invited him to take the Charge of STF.Not bad..let Sajjan Singh fight with Gagan Singh,there is nothing unfair with these people to do fake encounters.
Suddenly the Peon came,"Sir,aapka appointment hai..koi Miss Saxena k saath.. wahi aai hain..bhej doon andar?".."Haan bhej do.."..Varun Shinde looked at the door,a pretty girl entered,"May I come in Sir?"..she said..
"Please come in.."..Pratigya came forward,"Please have a seat..Miss..Saxena.." ..Varun greeted her..
"I am Miss Pratigya Saxena,student of LLB in Allahabad University,Advocate Kamal Kishore Garg recommended your name for some research Mr. Shinde.."..Pratigya said..
"Ohh..yes..I remember..tell me..how can I help you Miss Saxena..?"..Varun was passing his sharp gaze on Pratigya..he was just 22 when he became a graduate and after that he became engrossed with his study for IPS,then training period,his duty,he never felt anything for any woman,his family always insisted him to get married,but he never found any girl of his choice,his thought about a perfect woman was very different.Then he saw Pratigya now..a young,bright girl.He kept silence for a while,then cleared his throat.
"I am interested in criminal law Sir,so I need your guidence.."..Pratigya said..
"Yes..see,we can face the criminals but so many political pressure is there..you know,Muzzaffarnagar has the highest crime rate in the whole world,but the criminals are the MPs and the MLAs..but we need to apply our own tacts.."..Varun went on..
Pratigya was listening carefully and she was noting the imporatnt points.."I am now the Head of the STF,my duty is to wash up the mafia gangs..like road mafia.. and rail mafia...." Varun continued..
Pratigya became alert when Varun mentioned Thakur Sajjan Singh's name..Varun was emphesising on this particular case..her blood became cold,Thakur Sajjan Singh..Krishna's father..she was very much aware of the gang wars and the police encounters of the recent days..Varun Shinde was the man who was controlling the encounters..she feared..she didn't know the reason..but she feared..
"Okay Sir..that will be all..now I will take your leave now.."..Pratigya said..
"No..allow me to offer you some tea or coffee.."..Varun said..
"No..I am in hurry...okay..good bye.."..Pratigya left the office.

Krishna came to the Police head quarter to arrange a bail for a man of his father when he saw Pratigya,she was in a red salwar kameez..she always wore white or light coloured dress..but now she was in red..Krishna also saw that a Police Officer was with her,who was biding her good bye..Pratigya was smiling at him..Krishna gritted his teeth.
Pratigya was disturbed,DCP V.K. Shinde has only one goal.Yes,he is an efficient officer,no doubt about that,but in his every word his aggressiveness was clearly seen.Within ten years he has so much power that now he is the Chief of STF,of course,Government is using him,once the crisis is over,Shinde will be transferred to a remote place,but within that time,he will do everything in his power to keep his authority unchanged.Anyhow ,Pratigya had an assumption that this gang war is not so spontaneous..somehow V.K. Shinde had contributed a lot to make it happen.
Thakur Sajjan Singh craves for power,but he shows it openly,but V.K . Shinde is craving for the same power in disguise of his duty and loyalty.It is more his crave for authority and promotion,not his loyalty and love for the society and legal system.The system is equally has to fear from this type of officers.If this man sees more profit in being associated with any of the ruling party person or opposition MLA..he will surely grab the opportunity.
"Humare lia toh kabhi aise kapde nahi pahni aap Pratigyajee..?Humesha safed yaa aasmanai rang...aaj kaise laal rang k kapde pahen lie?Aur kaafi khush dikh rahi hain aap?"..Pratigya was stunned to hear the comment..it was Krishna..
"Ohh..tum...kaise ho?"..Pratigya asked with a faint smile.
"Hum theek hi hain..par us din k baad aapne aur koi khabar nahi li humari" ..Krishna said mockingly..
"Yehan se chalo...tumse kuchh zaroori baat karni hai..chalo.."..Pratigya said..
"Aap humare saath kahan chalengi?Aapko sharam nahi aayegi..."..Krishna smirked..
"Okay..rahne do..."..Pratigya said disgustedly..she walked...
"Arre...suniye..hum toh..aachha..aaiye..baithiye..bike par,aaiye.."..Krishna called her..he took her to a dhaba on highway side..
"Kahiye..kyaa kehna tha.."..Krishna asked..
"Tum jo gundagardi karte rahte ho..isse zara bandh kar do..ho sake toh..apne Dad ko samjhao..maahol theek nahi hai..gang wars itne genuine nahi hain..jitne dikh rahe hain..encounter k naam par logon ko maara jaa raha hai.."..Pratigya said..
"Yeh toh hota hi rehta hai..par aap humari madad karna chaahti hain..aapki nazar me toh hum log mujrim hain..gunde hain..humare khandan ko gaali di thi aapne.." ..Krishna said..
"Maine jhoot toh nahi kaha tha Krishna..par ab k jo haalaat hain..bhed bakrion ki tarha insaan mar rahe hain..har doosre din humen police encounter ki baat pata chal rahi hai..hum bas itna keh rahe hain...k tum insab se door raho..varna gehoon k saath ghoon ki tarha tum bhi pissoge.."..Pratigya said worriedly..
"Kahin aap humko darra toh nahi rahi hain..taa k hum aapka peechha hi karna chhod de..aapko bata de..aapki in dhamkion se hum nahi darrnewale.."..Krishna said..
"Tumhe baat samajhme kyun nahi aati?Main koi tumhari dushman toh nahi.." ..Pratigya said with a melancholic tone..
Krishna raised his eye brows.."Achha..aap humari dushman nahi?Toh kaun hai aap?Usdin humko sab k saamne tamacha maarti hain aap..fir humen maar khaate dekh..roti hain aap..humare doston ko apne ghar ka number deti hain aap..taa k woh humare theek hone ki khabar aapko de sake..humare saath Doctor k paas jaati hain aap..aap yeh sab kuchh karti hain..par humen dekhte hi aapki surat roni si ban jaati hai.."..Krishna paused ,"Aur aaj hum aapko dekhte hain ek Police Officer k saath..hanste hue ussike office se nikalti hain aap..achhe kapde jo aap pahen kar aai..Police Head Quarter aane k lia..itna saj sawar kar aati hain aap..aur abhi aap humko dhamka rahi hain...aap hi bataiye..kyaa samjhe hum aapko?" ..Krishna completed..
"Khair..hum bahut jald rishta lekar aa rahe hain aapke ghar..theek tarha se shagoon sweekar kar lena.."..Krishna announced..
"Yeh baat kahan se aa gayi?Kahan ki baat kahan le jaa rahe ho?"..Pratigya said
"Ohho...aap zara bataiyengi k aap chaahti kyaa hain?Humare lia pareshan hoti hain..humen kuchh naa ho aapki yehi chinta hai..aur hum jab shaadi ki baat karte hain..tabhi aap ulte sur me baat karti hain..irada kyaa hai aapka?"...Krishna said angrily..."Agar hum me aur aap me aisa kuchh nahi ho sakta..toh aap humari itni fikar kyun karti hain?"
"Krishna..insaniyat k naate..dosti k naate..hum yeh keh rahe hain..k tum savdhan raho.."..Pratigya said..
"Aapki insaniyat aur dosti..dono jaaye tel lene..bata rahe hain..humen aapki insaniyat yaa dosti..kuchh nahi chahie..hum aapse pyaar karte hain..badle me aapka pyaar chaahte hain,agar woh bhi nahi de sakti..toh bandh kijiye yeh natak.." ..Krishna said in a raw tone..
"Yeh natak nahi hai..Krishna..tumko andaza bhi nahi hai..k tum kis musibat me fansne jaa rahe ho.."..Pratigya said..
"Bas..bahut sun li aapki bak bak..hum pak chuke aapka bhaashan sun sun kar..aur kuchh kehna hai toh kahiye..varna chailye..aapko chhod aate hain town tak..der ho gayi toh..aapke gharwale pareshan honge..chaliye..bike par baithiye.."..Krishna insisted..
Krishna dropped her at the University gate.."Apna khayal rakhna Krishna.."Pratigya said..
"Aap apna khayaal rakhiye,aur ek baat,aap humse abhi shaadi nahi karna chaahti ..toh koi baat nahi..hum intejar karenge..k kab aapka mann humari taraf ho..par iska matlab yeh nahi k aap kisi bhi aire gaire se hans kar milti rahengi.." ..Krishna said..
"Hey bhagwan..arre..assignment k lia unka ek interview chahie tha..woh hain naye DCP..Varun Kumar Shinde..padhai k silsile me milna tha unse..arre main Law ki student hoon..tum bhi na.."..Pratigya felt disgusted..
"Haan..padhai k lia..sab dikhta hai..laal rang ka kapda..chehre par muskan..woh DCP aaya aapke peechhe peechhe daant nikaalte hue..sab pata hai..jo fir se humne aisa kuchh dekha..toh ussi police chauki me jaa kar uske sar par bomb phod kar aayenge..bata rahe hain...saari padhai likhai dhari ki dhari reh jaayegi ..bata rahe hain.."..Krishna said in an authoritative tone..and drove on his bike..
Krishna felt a very pleasant anticipation..Pratigya cares for him..that is a big deal indeed.Her anxiety,her worry,clearly showed how much she feels for him..but she is not ready to accept that.No problem,one day she will definately accept it.Things are being better day by day..the girl who wasn't ready to talk to him properly,now she is caring for him,she sat on his bike amicably.That is a great improvement for sure.
