Mihir, this season is a confused character.

That is evident in the way he treats Tulsi. Taking her for granted. He clearly does not respect her and her having a moral highground (being right most times, morally, having forgiveness his affair with Mandira) seems to bother Mihir and the equation he shares with Tulsi.

He mentioned to Tulsi that it's hard to be friends after becoming parents of grown-ups, which is strange because, that is when (when kids are grown-ups) friendship becomes stronger. He also expressed that he doesnt find anyone in his family to talk or argue with because they are ALL in team Tulsi.

He doesnt see Tulsi as an equal. This lingering thought resurfaced when he met his old friend, probable past interest, Noina. He treats her as an equal and the past camaraderie seems to match his personality.

Even if we look at Mihir with his children. Mihir is blind to Pari, perhaps because she is the only child who holds Mihir dear(er) than Tulsi. He did not even reprimand her when she accused Tulsi of favouritism and not treating her like the other children.
