Leads Should Abandon Rajhastani Dialect

May be they can tone down the Rajasthani a bit, but they should not abandon it completely.. There is a beauty to it inspite of the difficulty in understanding..😊

I completely agree. Although it adds to the authenticity, at certain junctures it become difficult to comprehend.

paro is not an educated girl in the show, and she was born and brought up in Birpur following all the culture and tradition, so i think a little bit rajasthani accent is necessary but not always

The pure Rajasthani dialect is a bit difficult to understand. But since the story is set in a village, they opted for it to make it sound authentic. I guess most city bred people, especially the younger generation don't speak with dialects. But if we go by that logic, Paro isn't very educated and nor has she ever stepped outside Birpur. So it would be natural for her to communicate with a Rajasthani dialect because she probably hasn't learned anything else.

And It's not only Paro and Rudra's dialogues that people are having difficulty with. Same goes for the supporting characters. So for the benefit of the viewers they should tone down the whole thing a little bit but not abandon it completely. It actually sounds nice and adds to the feel of the show.

I think it's going sound a bit strange if only the leads speak in Pure Hindi and all the other characters speak with the dialect.

I personally feel ...not just the leads , the entire ensemble cast should speak simple hindi maybe with a few rajasthani words ,that viewers have got already familiar with ...this will give the show a wider reach...

I do not live in India...in fact a non Indian RR follower who do not speak Hindi but love Bollywood movies. Despite all, I do not find it is that difficult to understand what the actors are saying in the show. Actually I like their accent. Even if I do not understand few words now and then, I can usually get an idea what they are trying to say. I am enjoying this and actually learning few new words 😊. I wonder why it will be difficult for Indian speaking audience to understand the dialogues in the show...just my thought..no offense please 😃

Abondoning the dialect completely will definitely ruin the beauty of this show, anyway toning it down a bit is good wherever possible and i already see it in case of Paro. The cv's are judiciously using the rajastani dialect where situation needs it and gives authencity to it, like Rudra speaking to his colleaues and CO in hindi and with villagers in that dialect.
I too am not following some of it but i still like it for the sheer beauty of it. Any ways in near future the story may move to Rudra's house and we will see more of hindi, I'm hoping his brother and sister are educated.
