Hi,

This is just a suggestion that Mods of Kasamh Se Forum need to have a better communication because it seems like each mod has made different rules and then all of them are to be followed. We need to creat one rules which all agree on. It's true they all agree on things, but it seems like if one sends out PMs regarding something, the other does not know about it.

Some Mods don't even follow their own rules. How are we expected to follow rules when the mods, who created the rules don't follow them?

I really think the mods need to have a better way to communicate and keep the forum running smoothly.

I would love to hear what others have to say regarding it.

This is in no way pointing fingers at anyone nor is it to insult anyone. It's just a plain suggestion from a member of I-F.

Regards,

Anam

I whole heartedly agree anam.
this had gone too far but no offense to anyone....i do believe that Mods are doing what they are doing the best...and seriously i believe that they are doing the best here...just need a little more communication...that is all i ask...
if the mods don't communicate then how is the unit suppose to run as a team smoothly...
and i have noticed it too if Mods are the hypocrite, well when i say hypocrite i mean it a sense that the lack of team work... then how are we to follow it...
i just dont get that...a successful unit is the one where everyone works as a whole...like a team..
if not team then no unit...
so i agree whole heartedly...
thanks for bringing up this issue.

I agree with Anam and Urooj.

We are not working together on this. Everyone is creating their own rules according to what works for them, but don't realize we are all affected by this.

I think as mods you all have to get the rules down and them bring them upon us. If you can't agree with them then how are we suppose to follow them.

I think there is definately something that needs to be done about this.

Oh I completely agree you guys.

How can you run a forum if you can't communicate amongst yourselves? They should agree with one set of rules to run the forum smoothly.

And make sure the other know what they are doing if they plan to make changes.

As for the hypocracy the we sometimes see on the forum, it realy is unfiar for all the members. How can one be a law abiding citizen in a place with corrupt cops?

Not accusing anyone or pointing fingers.

a group is only as good as their leaders.

i agree with all of u 100%.. if the mods are not aware of what is going on.. then how are the people (us) who depend on them know what is going on..

well.. i guess the mods are working hard.. no doubt.. and we all appreciate their help... but i think that they need to communicate a little more so that they can get sort out what needs to be..

that's what i think.. please take no offense..

these are all suggestions.. and are to be taken into consideration not personally..

luv to all

Well it seems that all of you have different issues. If you indeed have issues, then why are they not brought to the fore like others do?
Anam has a point at least, cos she has a reference point. What are the others talking about?
And how do you know that we dont communicate at all.
yes, we dont mind the finger-pointing cos we all know that you all want the best of the Forum, but as usual This is not the case with most of you.

So the services will be made available to members but you start complaining on issues that are not brought to the attention of the Mods. How so?

I truly believe that the KS mods are actually the mods with one of the best communication skills on the whole IF website. 😊 Even though I have no proof, I can still assume by the work they do for us!

Whats gone on is this because of the new ff rules 😕

I use to get annoyed at mods will admit that and have done recently so am not biased or anything but as far as i know they are doing their best and do communicate. At the end of the day sangita di works most day so cannot be here all day same with reemz so things do pass them by 😕.As for hyprocrites mods hardly post anyways so how can they break the rules.

you know this issue has been addressed a lot of times i'm sure...and being new i guess i have not lots to say...but im voicing out what felt right but if this has been taken as an offense to anyone then im sorry.
but i do believe that the KS mods are doing the best here...and they don't lack anything except for one: a better way to communicate...and i have my reasons, i've discussed with a Mod, as to why i feel that...
but im sorry if i offended anyone...and being new i guess i have not much to say so i'll drop it right here and now because it is pointless for me bring this up and for this issue, it might become like a personal attack on me and i don't want any negativity here...so i dont like enemies so i'm sorry if i offended or angered anyone by my actions
