Okay...now that season1 is going on in remix..I wrote this lil one shot...
Remember when AY were fake-dating each other to fool their parents?? Well..I didn't see remix at that time....
But I just wrote this one shot about that time..
This is dedicated esp. to Nitz...who was after me to write a one shot for so long😆 n she was d one suggested the idea for this one abt ashi's feelings for yuvi during d very first part of remix, season1. She'z d best reviewer n I love ur reviews...esp of my one shots, nitzy!😳😳😳
Summary: A look into the lives of Yuvi and esp. ashi....as she tries to deny her emerging feelings for Yuvi.....'Moments' which are undeniable...even to the red head....
Ashi sat down on her bed....lost in thought...sitting beside her window sill and holding her pumpkin in her hand. She was still thinking about what Yuvi had told her that day...
"You know...I have all the music CDs of Bryan Adams...all...you just name any and you'll get it!" he had declared proudly.
"Oh you mean I will get it if I just name it??? Okayyyy then..lemme see...I want Reckless, Into the Fire, 18 till I die, Room Service-"
"Excuse me?! Mera kya dimaag satak gaya hai...jo main tum jaisi wacko ko mere precious CDs dunga?? ha ha...you...you have really got one screw dheela you know!" Yuvi said laughing.
"Oh really...Yuvi...you really want to repeat that???" Ashi said about 10 paces away from Yuvi and holding a bunch of about 10 cds in her hand which she was clattering away noisily.
"Anvesha...no! Those CDs are precious..get away from them!" Yuvi said lunging after her.
"Gladly," Ashi said and made a show of throwing them away. Yuvi ran after her but she got away at the last moment. He chased her throughout the shed getting closer and closer but never managing to catch her everytime.
"Hey yuvi, did I tell you I used to win the 100 metres races in my old school everytime...you don't want to chase me" ashi said teasingly.
"Main tumhein 100 cms mein hi pakad lunga!" Yuvi shouted out. And saying so he gave a final leap and somehow crashed into her sending them both crashing into the storage boxes kept in the shed. The resulting mess was ashi and yuvi lying in a mound of boxes and some weird spongy thing it contained.
"See wacko...I caught you..no one can escape Yuvraj Dev!" Yuvi said smugly. Ashi couldn't help but notice that his breathe was coming out in gasps and she could feel them...they were so close...his eyes were a deep black....which sparkled in his enthusiasm. She wondered how she had not noticed this before.
The she shook herself and Yuvi who was a bit lost too, got up. He gave her a hand and but she pulled him down and then stod up herself, grinning at him...and ran out of the shed...saying,"Mujhe pakadna itna asaan nahin hain Yuvi!!!"
"Wacko! This isn't fair!"
"Ashi! Yahaan window pe baithke so gayi?! Marna chaahti ho kya?" said MP shaking her.
"MP...MP...MP!!! What am I going to do about you??? When a person sits beside the window...he's not sleeping! He's thinking...you know...yahaan...tumharein sar mein something called as a "brain" is there?" Ashi said. MP rolled her eyes.
"Bas..itna drama karne ki koi zaroorat nahin hai! Ab chalo...khaane ke liye jaana hai! Come ON!" MP dragged her out of the room. They had just sat down to eat when her cell phone suddenly rang. Making an impatient gesture, she took it out.
"Ashi! Come on! I need you here! Quick!"
"And hello to you too psycho!" Ashi said, "Tumhein kisine time management nahin sikhaayi hai kya? Mere dinner ke time hi tumhein phone karna hai???"
"Ashi please cut all the crap and get here quick!" Yuvi urgently.
"Here..where???" Ashi said irritated.
"Here means...mere dad ke office ke yahaan...you remember wahaan pe ek restaurant hain called Greens? wahin pe," Yuvi explained.
"Par baat kya hai psycho??"
"You remember....public ke liye...hum dono...we're supposed to be dating?? Toh dad ke kisi dost ke saath meeting hai aur woh hum dono ko wahaan chahte hai..so come quickly NOW!"
"Ok baba...ab fake he-man ke liye mujhein bhi fake lies bolni pad rahi hai" ashi said and she cut off the line before Yuvi could protest any further.

Ashi reached the spot there and met Yuvi, his dad and his friend. ashwant Dev was very pleased to see that Yuvi's girlfriend was such a sensible girl and Ashi lost no time in making use of this opportunity to make herself shine in YD's eyes and and take down Yuvi a peg or two.😆 YD's friend was quite affable and the dinner passed away very fast...Yuvi even managing to drink some vodka which his father could not object to as his friend himsef had forced them to order it.
Ashi and Yuvi were now coming back towards Maurya after getting a letter signed by YD explaining that he had called them. It was very late and they were lucky they had the letter or else Jumbo would have skinned them alive.
"So Yuvi...where is my 'thank you'???" Ashi said.
"Thank you? For what?" Yuvi asked..a lil tipsy from the drinking spree.
"For helping you, you dolt!" Ashi said irritated.
"Oh yeah that...aah yeshh...thanksshh a lot ashhiii..." Yuvi said slurring his words. Ashi slapped her forehead. She steadied Yuvi, receiving an electric jolt as she touched him. She jumped back for a second and looked at her fingers, then at Yuvi, confusedly. She shook her head, linked her hands with Yuvi, resolutely ignoring the second jolt she felt. She marched him towards the school.
For Yuvi meanwhile, it was a lot more hazy around him. He tried to focus on the road ahead of him but couldn't do so. He shook his head and tried to sharpen the fuzzines that he was seeing. Finally his gaze landed on the red head beside him and he smiled. They had entered the school grounds now and Ashi stopped and took out her arm which had been supporting yuvi till now...
Yuvi grabbed at her hand...and she looked at him wondering what had happened to him.
"Yuvi...you psycho...jaao...boys hostel wahaan hain...go...before anyone realises that you're drunk!" Ashi said trying to free her hand from his grasp.
"Oh come onnnnnn...ashiii....some more time!" Yuvi said, pulling her to him. Suddenly all ashi could do was stand there..frozen...
"Some more time???" she asked him
"Yeahhh...." Yuvi said coming still closer so that they were standing almost nose to nose. Ashi suddenly was noticing things about him....which would have annoyed her before....the way he was smelling of a mixture of aftershave and vodka...the way his eyes could stare at you even when he was drunk and dizzy....the way his hair was falling all over his eyes and yet making him look so cute...the way his lips were curved into a slight smile making him look so....
Ashi pushed him back...lil stunned at herself. Suddenly she wanted to be as far away from his as possible....so she pushed him gently towards the boys hostel. Yuvi squeezed her hand which made her stomach do a flip flop.
"Bye wacko!" Yuvi said giving her a cheery wave. She nodded and then went back towards her room. As she sta down on her bed....she thought, 'Yuvraj Dev???'
'Noo..' she thought at the next instance. Then she looked at her hand which had been linked with his throughout their walk back to the school. It was still tingling....
Ashi was picturising Yuvi in her mind...he was short....with a super ego...a flirt...and the way his hair fell into his eyes was annoying, she decided. There was no way anything was going to change relating to Yuvi...
'He would be the same irritating psycho...' she thought satisfied, 'and she would always be forever annoyed with him.'
Just then a girl on the next table squealed excitedly, "Look, there's Yuvi!" Ashi looked around and there was Yuvi...
He didn't even glance at the girl...but grinned at Ashi.
Suddenly she couldn't stop staring.....
