I know that you would want to throw tomatoes at me on this topic. I have been watching Pavitra Rishta since it's conception and that Serial is very dry and boring. When I accidentally watched one episode last week, I got hooked to it. I went back to Dec and watched all the episodes. I love this character. His dialogues are hilarious and everytime he smirks and says something I wait to laugh. How he treats people around him is a different thing.

He really is hilarious a lot of times. I really like the character. I call him an ass often. i also defend him for some things, but at the end of the day he is such an ass.
However a lot of his lines are hilarious--particularly his lines that are more about practicality. When he laughed at Ishaan's romantic ideas, how he told Ishaan that it's not a film that he would change in two days after marriage. How he even said he doesn't really care of Urmi's gone for a day or two days. Or even his remarks about the over-the-top bidaai.
Glad you watched all the episodes. This is a very enjoyable show--underrated, imo and different from all the other nonsensical romance shows--and his character has a lot to do with it. i love his character too. (That however doesn't mean I romanticize his character or the couple. I see him for what he is, but at the same time he is a three-dimensional character just as most of the other characters in this show.)
