Hi Dumppurvi, I would not like a man to disrespect any lady and you are right about his behaviour. I have never come across a man who would comment like he does to his new wife. He commented on all rasam's. has he not heard of them ever? What about when his cousins and brothers got married. Some of his comments have gone way too far. Such as the way he pushed Urmi when she tried to wake him with brushing her hair on his face and the way he spoke to her cousin when she was surrounded in the traffic and also the way he spoke to his father at the breakfast table yesterday.

Yesterday when Ishaan told Sam that Urmi is sad, Sam jumped and there was concern on his face. When Ishaan advised him to take small gifts for his wife, he did buy her a gift, an expensive one. So I do see that he has feeling and understands them when someone explains with good reasoning. I hope that Urmi will learn to do that and turn him around.

Very late reply I would say, yet I will comment. I got tempted to post something as I think this post still applies to current episodes. Samrat, although a rude and disgusting man in the serial, has delivered many of his dialogues with perfection. The practicality of his words at times are so true, it sounds funny; the idioms in Hindi are also a treat. He has performed the character of Samrat very well. Having said that, his behaviour is not justified and the way he treats his parents, brother and wife are horrible.

He he even I totally find him hilarious

omg thank god I'm not the only one! whenever he says one of his sarcastic lines I burst out laughing and my moms just sitting next to me giving me disapproving looks 🤣

I do not laugh at him, more like most times I feel like hitting him silly that is how much he gets under my skin 😆

I can't even laugh anymore, I quit laughing when he went on his honeymoon.and cheated on Urmi.

MM is a great actor, dislike the character but Mohit makes it bearable :) Cannot understand what Amrit is upto. Any ideas?

Hi Janhvi, How are you? Yes, Mohit is a great actor, and he gets under my skin with his character.

I think Amrit, is going to take all of Samrat's wealth and make him pauper, and then of course a typical story will follow, Samrat will realize his mistake and Urmi will be the mahan bahu who will be on his side and support him etc. etc. etc. at least that is how I see the possible track...
