Today's episode of QH was one of the kind, because of which i got hooked to QH and is still continuing to watch it.
It was fast paced, dramatic and impactful where needed, although i wish the story progressed differently in certain areas... Will come to that later.
So Asad brought the police to arrest Raziya and Zoya tried to give evidence that she has seen Raziya at gudiya factory and had even heard her planning to kill someone.
But how can the mastermind Raziya get defeated so easily... she cleverly asked for the sabut... and well there is no real proof to give that can prove that she attacked Zoya..
And then voila comes daadi with Rashid saying here is the proof...
Everyones turns around surprised including Asad, who finally gets emotional seeing his Abbu and goes to him, holds his hands and says "i am sorry..."
Now, this is where i wish the story has moved in a different way..
If i can remember correctly , it was on the second episode of QH, that we saw Asad injured and at hospital and rashid went to see him and how Asad in anger goes away from the hospital with dilshad running behind him pleading with him... ever since i saw that scene, one scenario in the story for which i have always been eagerly waiting for is the scene where Asad finally accepts his father and forgives him...
Rashid has definitely wronged Asad, Dilshad and Najma and the anger that Asad holds towards Rashid is completely justified... And in fact, it is what made Asad the person who he is today and what defined Asad's entire life till now.
I am not saying that Rashid doesn't deserve forgiveness.. he definitely does regardless of the mistakes he didin the past ..
But what i feel is that Asad forgiving Rashid is something that should not have come so abruptly... it should have been something that should have come with a lot of soul searching from Asad's side and a lot of trial and errors from Rashid's side and it could have been made into a big emotional roller coaster ride for the viewers... so i am really disappointed with the way the story has progressed with Asad -Rashid relationship, but then i have been kind of expecting this ever since Asad heard Rashid's phone call that day and told Zoya that may be he was pushed and did not fall... when he accepted so easily on that day that may be Rashid is being wronged, i had a feeling that its moving towards Asad and Rashid reconciliation, but i still hoped that it would be after much more drama..
Anyway leaving that disappointment in the story part, i have to say that the entire scene was well executed and well enacted and despite being disappointed, i still had tears in my eyes at the end of that scene.. and i have to say that RaQesh Vashisht is slowly getting into the character of Asad.. in the last two episodes, it was evident that he was uncomfortable and was trying too hard and that showed in his dialogue delivery as well... but today for me, he was beyond good... dialogue delivery was controlled and powerful where needed and soft and emotional where needed... i have no complaints regarding Asad V 2 and i am sure he will do justice to Asad.
Coming to the rest of the episode, Haidar and Humaira is on the verge of falling in love.. . now who is Amir Khan fan in QH? Is it Mohit?.. QH these days is giving a tribute to Amir Khan and his movies... is Dhoom next?
Anyway, i think Haidar and Humaira falling in love will give an edge to the overall story so i like this progress... And it will be even better if Ayaan returns soon after that... that will complicate the relationships even more.. so i don't mind this development.
Farhan - Nikhat... don't understand where this is leading...
Precap: So its going to be AsYa VS GaZiya from now on.. and looks like, sabut hai and sabut nahin hai will go on for a while...And at the end of this month, which truths and how much of the truth is going to come out???.
