The specialist doctors can be visiting doctors only. Only 2 resident doctors, Jagya and LS. Since it was clearly night time, having no other doctors is still logical, same was the case during Gehna's pregnancy. Still, the entire scene is unrealistic and not required. They could have easily shown her reaching hospital safely but still being critical, as her condition is already serious.
