Asit Modi is like Subhash Ghai. Giving his touch to his product and making appearance in it every now and then. If you notice, TMKOC also uses BGM from Ghai's movies and songs in their episodes' BGM. The "tak dunna, tak dunna" is from Ram Lakhan, for example.
