I never understood the fascination with new year. How is it so important? What does the number 2014 has that 2013 does not? It is just another day of the week in another month.

At Times Square people celebrate as if they have gotten some bonus in their life. The same old ball drops that i have see a million times on TV. Bollywood star throwing parties. People going to beaches, firing in air. I mean what is the excitement for? Have you found a job? a salary hike? is your health better because its 2014? Are you looking better?

What is the fun? why so animated? hey hey...laugjhing...shouting...for what? Dancing like idiots...drinking...creating a scene..fireworks..for what? 2014..well i dont see any excitement..and those at times square please dont do that crap of suddenly proposing ..its no longer innovative..its boring..do something new..

lol..happy new year for those who believe in this nonsense.

I don't think we should be waiting for last day of the year to be optimistic about our future. lol. This is a time wasting useless exercise for people who are low in will power and need to cling to such artificial dates to give them a boost. It is nonsense of the highest order

still i am not the one to stop anyone...just sharing my input about this whole drama
