She could tried to call Bhallas' once again from the hospital landline I think public phone also does exist everywhere in hospital... but If she will do all these how will the show go forward how will the misconceptions and MU cropped up...

which could avoid her parents insult..

Why dint Ishita wake Bhallas before bringing ruhi to hospital?

Ishita could have got bhallas landline finding number in telephone directory and called them again

or She could have left a note at their home,or informing her parents Iyers about it was possible..

or at least the security guard...

Ishita doesn't know that Mr. and Mrs. Bhalla drink at night. The point is that Ishita didn't even try to wake anyone up. 😕
