Forum 32 was present on the set when Surbhi Jyoti was shooting for the scene where her character Zoya Farooqui wakes up from a dream. We also captured for you all the mirror breaking scene by Mohit Sehgal who plays Haider in the show Qubool Hai.
The sequences which involve breaking things are potentially dangerous and lot of precaution is taken while shooting them. We in the shot were enumerating to Mohit how Karan Singh Grover who plays Asad has broken quite a lot of furniture and windows during the show and it was nice to see Mohit Sehgal take some safety measures. The brave KSSG usually would do the shot by boxing the mirror without any gear on his hand.
Aman, the Director of the show was also happy at the precautions taken by Mohit to break the mirror. We asked him why not use an stunt person for this and he gave us the logic that it would not be possible to just show the hand as Mohit is looking in the mirror and the emotions need to come through and that is why the actor has to do these stunts sometimes.
