How often does it happens that you have low expectations from a movie and it still disappoints you?
I loved loved loved DHOOM and then didn't really like DHOOM2 that much .. it was good .. Hrithik was awesome but it wasn't really that great but DHOOM3 is a piece of shit .. it's like someone picked The Prestige and Now You See Me and bollywoodized the mixture of the two movies ..
Aamir is a good actor but well the movie wasn't really about acting .. it was supposed to be about the thrill of the thefts and the escapes that the thieves make ... none of it made any sense in Dhoom3. Even the escape sequences were silly considering that Chicago police would (in reality) be chasing the thief with choppers, shooting bullets instead of watching our hero in awe .. and what a joke that the bank didn't have any security cameras to capture the footage of a guy who stole all the stuff without even wearing a basic face mask? ... Even by bollywood standards, this movie was silly .. really plain stupid
It totally shows how much a movie sucks when the only time you enjoy it is when Uday Chopra cracks idiotic jokes .. OMG .. and please AB Jr should simply retire .. this was amongst the very few roles where his limited acting abilities were of some use but he simply disappointed here as well ..
Katrina (in whatever few scenes she had) and Aamir acted well and Uday Chopra had some funny moments .. that's it .. that's all .. movie sucked ..
