Star Kids, 2007

ilmi kids always seem to try their luck at the box office. In recent times, the only star-kid to really make it big was Rakesh Roshan's son Hrithik. Now, others gearing up for the marquee include Govinda's daughter Narmada and Kumar Mangat's daughter Amita. Here are some star kids slated to hit the screens in 2007. Neil Mukesh: Son of Nitin Mukesh and grandson of legendary singer Mukesh, Neil will make his debut in Johnny Gaddar. The film to be directed by Sriram Raghavan (Ek Hasina Thi) will feature Dharmendra as one of the main protagonists.

Johnny Gaddar is expected to release in May.

Soniya Mehra: Daughter of late actor Vinod Mehra, Soniya will make her debut with Anant Mahadevan's Victoria No 203 remake. Amrita Arora was supposed to do the lead role in this remake of the 1970s classic but apparently there was friction between her and producer Kamal Sadanah. She opted out and Soniya moved in. Om Puri and Anupam Kher play an important role in the film, replacing Pran and Ashok Kumar from the original.

Sonam Kapoor:

Her father Anil Kapoor ruled the Hindi film industry in the late 80s, only to be displaced by the Khan brigade in early 90s. Anil however proved himself by staying in shape, and continuing to impress with his performances. Though a commercially viable actor, he could never reach the top slot again. Now his daughter debuts with Saawariya to be directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

Mimoh: Mithun Chakraborty's son's real name is Mahakshay, but father Mithun made it sweeter by naming him Mimoh. His first film He is ready, and will be released any time. Like his disco-dancing father, it is said that Mimoh too is a good dancer and is likely to impress. Mithun himself is a study in contrasts: he was once called the B-grade king because none of his films ever lost money; and he's also a 3-time National Award winner. Lets see what Mimoh can do.

Mimoh should get rid of his hair, otherwise he looks good i guess.

btw, how old is sonam, anil kapoor's daughter? She luks a bit like bipasha basu frm the side profile.
