Office discussions Tuesday 17th December 2013

Liked todays's somewhat thrilling (more so because of the absence of sales team and madan fillers) episode and liked vichu's advise to Susan and the team. I liked the part where he mentioned about the west's appraoach to work and his example of fire drill in schools. I was reminded of the fire drill and emergency lockdown in my toddlers school and how the kids and teachers are prepared to face emergencies even though they may not face such situations. We do need to learn and incorporate these good things in our system. Vichu is not worried as he is confident that Raji knows her responsibility and as the last back up plan he can always rise up to the situation and present the content though it may not seem so good.

Why is Susan so terrified when asked to present? Understood that she is given the notice at the last moment, but she does have the experience and the confidence and she is probably going to present only something that her team is going to do or have already done in the past. Vichu did already mention to these people once about everyone getting involved In the presentation. Also Raji is definitely not going to say something that Susan or lakshmi know nothing about. Also, if in case Raji is confronted with questions on tech that she may not be aware of or not knows much abt, it is Susan or laks who have to be prepared to answer. So Vichu asking lak or Susan to present was something Susan shud have expected from him. Also, the most imp part, the demo (I'm still not clear how demo is part of the slides) is done by laks. Raji has probably just put the content of the slides. Susan's response does make us doubt about her so called presentation skills.

Hooray, finally the clients (a couple of whites) arrived today welcomed by our beloved team looking great in formals. Looking forward to the long awaited presentation tomorrow.

I cannot wait for tomorrow. 😉

This is really a fantastic episode to the core..building more suspense for wednesday episode for sure...Everyone..including...Karthik , vishnu , raji father , raji , vichu sir...was adding spices to the situations...they performed really well..As a true soul mate and a team mate..karthik really struggled to raji father and even raji struggled with her father...but no use..Vichu confidence on raji is very big highlight...Karthik and raji phone scene was as usual we love it...Karthik normally dominate and his tone to raji is always lovable..His way of telling raji to come with him immediately and raji sudden decision of she has to come fully is sensible..Karthik is upset always when raji is not hearing his decision or his talks..😳😳..Raji will definetly will come to office for presentation...But after that whats going to happen in KR life...letc

Vichu has so much confidence on Raji but KVL bcoz of their past experience are afraid that Raji would back out as usual. Susan instead of asking Vichu she should have met him with a back-up plan as a PM.

I loved how Karthik spoke with Raji's dad. He just tried to explain that he is not there to give opinion but just requesting for the sake of his team and his work. Vishnu'ku andha nilamailayum lollu 😆. Anga rendu peru avlo serious'ah irukum bodhu the way he explained presentation and team work with sambar, kootu n porial chance'eh illa Vishnu.. Ipdilam iruka unnala mattum dhan mudiyum.😆

KR convo konjam purila kadaisila enna decide pananganum therila. Gautham 🤣 while going he played a song lastly adhu eppadi situation song aagum'nu therila.. Could someone clarify me about it..

Clients vandhutangapa . I want this track to end as soon as possible. Also want Meesai to take Raji to kovilpatti after the presentation and i want KR to fight for their love. Will it happen?? I still dont believe this director but lets see..

Ramya even i thought that when LS hesitated so much Karthik would willingly take that responsibility but instead avaru Raji'ya paaka poitaru..

Nice episode, enjoyed it from start to end.

Vishwanathan's confidence and cool attitude towards everything was awesome. Like he said, as the project manager Susan should have kept tabs on everything instead she gives a lame excuse saying she didn't want to get involved since Raji was doing it. Everyone keeps praising Susan for her talent but wonder why she was so hesitant. Same with Lakshmi, she also knows the presentation right but didn't want to do it. Susan should have been the backup for this whole client visit, or even Lakshmi.

Gautham's situation songs lolll, the end one was funny where everyone is looking down or away all mad but Gautham is happily playing the music, lol!

Ooo Karthik and Vishnu at Raji's aunt's house, unexpected scene but great one. Vishnu trying to explain to Meesai using food and serving as an example lol! Karthik spoke really well to his future father in law (wink wink) explaining the importance of everything.

Raji today was also great. She remained calm and kept that I know how to deal with this attitude on her face and talked in a well manner to her dad explaining her job and why it is important for her to be there.

Phone scene was also another good one, what is up with Karthik and Shruthi and their phone scenes, these two just seem to rock is every time getting better and better. Karthik telling Raji to leave with a couple of outfits was a shocker, I was like Omg is Raji really leaving??? But luckily things played out differently. I completely understand when Raji said take me forever then and not just for this visit, and Karthik's silence was valid. He himself said they will convince both sides as much as they can for their approval about their relationship and I'm sure deep down Karhtik never really wanted Raji to leave her family forever. Overall that entire scene well taken. The way Shruthi covered her eyes and was crying was sad...

Ooo...KVL and Susan were all looking tip top dressed up. Vishnu's confidence in Raji was sweet! Karthik looked tensed but tried to hide it. Lakshmi seemed normal and Susan was pretty fine also. Finally the clients have arrived. David coming and greeting them and everyone putting the garlands and giving the bouquets was a treat for us, nice scene!
