It's not just going abroad though, it's living in a whole new place, starting over from scratch and building up. I'm sure you would agree that Kriya has changed alot since she entered St. Louis. She made friends, foes and learnt to deal with all kinds of situations and learnt from it.

Just like she would have learnt from being in a new country, in a new academy with new people. Experiences like that leave lasting impacts in terms of confidence and personalities. That is what I was getting at. It's impossible to live in a new place and become the star student there without having interacted with people and learnt to work with them.

I should definitely watch this show from the start and I intend to. I have seen some of the initial episodes but now can't seem to find full episodes anywhere. Let's see!

Kriya is innocent true and right now she is apologetic as well - it's just that I wish she would do it in a more refined manner is all.

I agree ! Until kria won't start respecting herself , those shame in the name of friends won't respect her either !
and she shouldn't obviously forget the fact that she can't expect. Rey to forget the past so easily
You have the skills to convey what'sin ur mind to the readers

And I feel you should simply ignore if people pounce on u for no reason
Because you haven't broken any any rules of the forum

Good analysis and I love ur writing style 👍🏼

I agree with most of ur points but disagree with a few

I totally agree about the fact that Kria seems to have lost her self-respect nowadays

Before she starts expecting respect from them, she should learn to respect herself

I don't understand what is making her so...desperate is a bit strong word...so helpless and guilty???
If she could go back and do things over, I am sure she would do the same thing

She would keep her mother's promise, she would choose her friends over love and dance, she would try to move on after her mother's death and she would go to NY

So what's the point in regretting it now?
And yes, she is stuck in a time loop...She needs to accept that it will take time for Rey to accept her...It will take time for her to gain back his trust...She needs to understand that and try to make amends by SHOWING like u said very correctly, instead of chirpily saying 'HI' and expecting everyone to jump up at her in joy

What I disagree about is the part about the gang taking time to accept her back

If u watch the show from the beginning, (which u definitely should it was simply mind-blowing back then) Kria had never been so close to to the Dazzlers aka Vicky, Nilesh, Simmi and Rinni

They had never felt the pain of betrayal the way Rey felt...The way they are taunting her right now...laughing when she faints...mocking her dance...is absolutely disgusting and inhuman

Also, Kria never really ditched Amar and Bharat...In fact she was the one who gave them an identity; she was the one who included them in her dance team
Ditching would mean not attending their final competition...But she did attend it, her team won and then she left

Rey's behaviour is justified but the others need to re-think
