jodha is not a realistic character she is like some saint kind of human who cannot do errors who cannot do faults who sacrifices everything for others etc she is most unrealistic character.

the very fact that she does not want anything to with jalal her husband is unbelievable and not true because she married him to save her family, because he was super rich and powerful emperor who could give her, her family, her amer jantha money and protection and status.

So her showing so much attitude to him is unbelievable again the real akbar would have dumped her back at amer if she had behaved like serial jodha. But alas this is fiction not real? So serial jalal takes all things thrwn at him calmly.

I think real jodha was like serial ruqaiah husbands love wifes who command them like a mother more than a crying abla nari(they get bored because men are not emotional creatures) or fierce tigress(men feel threatened) like jodha

and i think real ruqaiah was like serial jodha hence her husband married 300 women and had 5000 cocubines

If real ruqu was like serial ruqu no way jalal would have married anyone else because she is correct image of wife she loves him to jealousy(believe me men secretly love that in wives that possessiveness), she can get killed or kill others for jalal, she plays with him like a kid sister, commands him like mother, does nakra like wife and gives suggestions like a father that is what a man really wants in a wife. Her only mistake is she cannot give a son to akbar other than that she is a best wife anyone can have.

Many people on forum say that her possessiveness and rudeness is negative point but it is not jalal and ruqu come from same royal family and both behave same way as they are brought up like that envt factors. Jalal understands that she is like him only because of upbringing. And reagrding her Malika-e-mughal sultanat position when jalla is so possessive about his Shahenshah taqt why should she not be.

Anyways the people think if jalla divorce her she will lose that title no ways because all mughal emperors had made empress as their sisters/cousin sisters only except hamida(because both ruqu and bakshi were small), nur jahan(jehangir never made her empress till ruqaiah died) and mumtaz mahal. All other empress were sisters/cousin sisters. So even in jalal divorce her etc she will still remain Malika-e-mughal sultanat(empress of Mughal empire). In 21st century when all woman want post/position/power what is wrong if in 15th century a woman wants a pwer of position. That does not mean she does not love jalal to death. If you remember during tiger incdent she said i will drink poison first and join jalal. That means she love jalal more than her life or empress position.

The problem in this serial is to make jodha heroine CVs making everyone in jalal life villan

Hamida became villan by ques jodha in pregnancy track

Bakshi became villan in pregnancy track

Ruqu was made villan from starting by showing her rude/after position etc

Salima is safe because she is khan baba's amanat(another man's wife) which was not reality. Akbar loved her most after ruqaiah and she was only one who could use his royal seal and sit in durbar to give justice in his absence

Bairam Khan, Maham, Adham and Sharifuddin are anyway villans.

Jalal anyways was not a good human from beginning he was a bad, wild man to be controlled and changed by jodha. Now all his good political decisions also attributed to jodha only. So jalal was like a puppet all his policies were only jodha's decision, his life also saved by jodha not hakims. It was jalal who was interested in vatrious religions buit agian here it will be shown because of jodha he started meeting hindu, jain, buddist, christian priests. Everything good that happens all decisions of Akbar the great are all because of only jodha.

Jodha is all warrior, doctor, saint etc. So only good person left in agra fort is jodha.

This kind of portayal is fine if this is fiction show but no this is a real history show akbar, ruqu, jodha, salima,bakshi etc all truly lived. So we know the reality and hence when every good action is potrayed as jodha's work and every bad action to others after sometime it becomes repetitive and ubelievable.

Hi dear, I agree to all your points. they are very valid and I think that cvs could have made an effort of portraying these characters as real as possible but then its a serial where they have to add masala as per the viewers desires. Un fortunately, many fans here are so biased that they cannot take any positive criticism but I loved reading your post.

I dont know if Jodha is flawed...but I definately feel the cvs are going nuts changing ,twisting ,managling history kings characters and facts trying to protray Jodha as THE MOST PERFECT idealistic queen which was not the case so a few us find it hard to relate to her.

it looks more like another saas-bahu story than a historical show which we havwe seen in many other serials-

Jo is married to Jalal.so a family will have saas and bahu which cannot be ignored..btw i started watching show as it is a love story.

the same souten fights, bahu-devrani fights, saas-bahu fights and husband struck betweebn all this

@history_geek ..I don't know your name but whatever you have researched and shared is beyond marvelous!! Hats off to your efforts 👍🏼. I do not understand why people keep ruqaiya in high regards demeaning MUZ and Amer Family.(I am not pinpointing anyone here!) though there is very much less valid info stating Ruqaiya taking precedence over other begums of Akbar. The character ruqaiya in serial is very much the adaptation of Indu's twentieth wife which was fictional history, the book mentioned Hamida bano as Salim's mother(though Indu later cleared her misunderstanding to readers) and does not even mentions MUZ as an important figure. Ekta has researched for 1.5 years but has taken the character from Indu's book which mentions her as arrogant and in charge of harem which is not true at all!! or atleast we don't have any official record of being so.

They've been married for several months and she's still a maiden? Heck where are her bag? I will be the first one to pack them up and send her back where she came from.

If she wants to become a saint/nun she should do it under her parents roof.

I have stopped watching this tripe for a while only coming to the forum to see the progress, I will start watching again when she becomes a wife and stops acting like she's saint Jodha. 😡😡😡
