I agree, Shiv has to talk to Ira (I do not think Sanchi should be involved - she was not wronged here) and assure her that he will always be 'her' Shiv and they should forget what happened in past. After all Alok and Meenu thought about Ira's well being while taking this decision even if it was a bad decision and hiding the truth has hurt Ira, Shiv and even daddu (if Alok is alive, he will also feel hurt when he get to know of truth).
I think anybody in Ira's situation will feel shock then anger after knowing the truth, after then will come realisation that people did not had bad motives - that Alok and Meenu did the baby swap because they thought that she (Ira) will not survive the loss of her child even third time- they did it to 'protect' her.
For quite some time creatives are relying on drama and shocks and their tracks cannot move without villain (there was no villain in this baby swap- only circumstances played this role because no body had bad intentions, but if they make Ira thinking that Shiv is not her son and making her villain in this track - they will lose yet another opportunity to show something reasonable).
