But I ditto you otherwise...it's not gonna be fun watching DV with this other girl...he's spoilt us by being SO lattu over Saachi😆...it's even harder to imagine him with any other person...

Otherwise yes, adjustment issues were bound to happen since Saachi has to see his world and his family too.

Anu, is there any way we can convey this to writers and CVs of JLZ? We do not want love triangle. Can they just not show Ankita as friend, why there always has to be love? Yes, I want DV to be only lattu on Saanch and nobody else. We are not going to give him permission for that. He can flirt but love only our Saanchi. There are other ways to make Saanchi jealous or show her passionate side but not with this kind of entry. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I guess friend and #1 cupid ka spot is already filled by DILS😆...so Ankita ke liye jagah nahin hai.

Ideally they should do something like the Rahul-Naina equation from K3G...she loved him but still understood his love for Anjali...but that was a movie cameo...show mein toh twist ke liye kheenchte hain stories ko.

And the problem is that here this girl is being used to make Saachi insecure about her age again...that bothers me...I don't want Saachi to feel that way.

This MM has been planned to boost up BALH TRPs and for JLZ its going to be more of a promotion episode and thats why they have planned the intro of new girl and DV family in this episode. I am expecting more of Ram-Priya rather than SARUV here, you see the dance also has been planned for them and not SARUV. LOL I just quoted the SRK-Rani equation from K3G in the post above too...haha...yes I see they can possibly go with that track...but here is where things differ...the AGE issue is a bigger problem in this case than just the society differences...Ankita is DV's age along with being his best friend...belonging to the same social status as him...Saachi will be made to feel like an outsider beyond just the society level...to bring in a younger "bubblier" chick to highlight the age gap is something I'm wary about...also Kajol's character in K3G wasn't simple...she was a JHATANG chamkeeli type of LOUD character😆...so they had the "classiness" gap as well...in Saachi's case, she's genuinely simple and mature as a personality...so they have to highlight the differences in other ways.

I'm concerned about this possibly being dragged out long term into a vampy track...movie mein toh Naina ka cameo tha...she never even met Anjali😆...but here they will show interactions and all...Saachi bechaari will feel all insecure.

But yes it does seem like this is just a mini promotion boost for JLZ...main story BALH ki hai...oh well...as long as there are some nice DV-Saachi bits, I'll be ok.

I just realized...DV hasn't hung out with a SINGLE girl his age his entire time in Panchgani...lol...he deffo has an affinity for older women...the grandmas, Dils, Saachi...lol...ab jaake usko apni age ke log milenge in the story I guess.

actually anu i typed from my galaxy tab and so i cudnt write wat i actually wanted to write...bohot typing prob hote hai...rich brat is wrong term i used i know that...yes basic persona wont change...but his attitude and mannerisms will surely change...

i am giving u some instances which i think may happen...so far saachi has only known DV...yes she can guess that he has a life of his own and lots of friends and all...
but DV may turn out to be someone for whom casual hugs with girls is a common thing...like this new girl will be his childhood friend...so they may hug...DV may also gv her peck on the cheek...look these r just wat i see rich guys around me doing...but saachi is not used to see such free mixing between boys and girls...remember how she reacted wen she saw prachi with sunil in the movie hall...

so i think she will not be comfo in DV's world...again i am saying i am not doubting the love between them...but surely saachi has to adjust to a whole new world...saachi and her small family living in a small town cant imagine how young ppl from huge business family that too in a city like mumbai can be...

and DV not mixing with girls of his age in panchgani...well...they never showed any girls here except saachi, dils, prachi, grannies, ulka and mugdha...only prachi is of his age and she used to be always busy on the phn with sunil...so here he did not get to see any girls of his age...so we cant say if he is more comfo with younger girls or older girls...
wat i think is he is a bindaas type who can mingle with any age grp...be it same age, younger than him, older than him or even oldies like grannies...

letz see now...the story has loads and loads of potential and needs to be handled with lot of maturity...

i dont think we hv to worry about that...DV will be fida only over saachi...this girl will be the one in love with him and not vice versa...i am sure DV will remain loyal to saachi...

@Anu, Anju, Aditi, Phulwa: Interesting discussions about the dreaded new entry...*sigh* I too am hoping for something tolerable if they simply have to go about making Saachi uncomfortable with this "new world" and socioeconomic status divide...On top of that, a chirpy childhood friend is on the cards...Meh. Oh well. I'm going to stick around anyways to see if I can get through this triangle business.
