The most annoying thing about her is over confidence

She thinks she is so talented etc

And she is also very mean , plus very wannabe ish (looks like from the interviews)

She's a homewrecker. She tried to break Akshay's marriage but didn't succeed. But sadly she's broken SRK's and Gaur's marriage. Woman is a shameless HO!

why is only she at fault. the men are the ones who had something to lose, yet they still allegedly had affairs with her. actually the men are way more to blame because they should have thought about their wives/kids. priyanka had nothing to lose in both situations so she is the least to blame.
