I wonder if the stars who come on KWK gets paid or they pay Kjo

Does anyone know

I find it hard to believe there is no pay involved

Starplus pays them to appear.

I remember in season 3 or whatever, where srk had s olo episode, some article mentioned they were paid extra to kiss each other on the cheek or something.

Nope. Last season Salman asked K-Jo to pay him (donate some money on his charity), K-Jo didn't. So, K-Jo doesn't pay. Those who come to promote their movie in KWK.. um.. may be they send expensive gifts to K-Jo.
