so its hawaii now, is it? 😆

and no...theres no curriculum to train you in school as a gymnast.

She was out of shape...she only toned up these past 2 years. and she looks great.

yeah enycedoll is right.

katrina started training 2 years back for dhoom 3, she trained on her body first, not to get a slim body cause she had that since SKJ, but to get a well toned body where she gets a bit of muscles so she she got enough strength to pull herself up on the ring and do the rope scenes etc.

same goes for aamir he trained on his body for 2 years also.
