I do not connect with shekhars only for one reason becoz the plot is highly dramatised,thats y we are not able to feel it,the feelings ,emotions are sought pushed ,it wasnt natural like basant s track,but the track isnt fully senseless ,i dont find meenu dialog stupid,yes indeed sirf giving birth isnt big,the way ira brought up shiv ,she couldnt bring up
maahi,watever she said to console ira ;ira condition was also justified,alok also he did was under pressure,he wasnt entirely wrong,i found their reactions justified ,only coudnt connect to shiv,y was he shivering sought of,coudnt he seriously stand still,even when he came to know he is meenu son ,as if he cannot digest ,he shpuld have felt happy that he was not brought from gutter.

@Meena

I disagree. The way Ira brought up Shiv? Sorry but if she was so good then she'd have brought up Sanchi well too. Ira lone hasn't brought up Shiv. CM was instrumental too. And CM has brought up Mahi in a much better way than Ira brought up Sanchi. CM had lot of burden on her, odds against her yet her upbringing has always been better than Ira who got everything on a platter.

Alok was not just under pressure. He was plain stupid in handling this situation and also selfish.

Why should Meenu feel guilty? Just because she called out to Ira in extreme pain?! At least she didn't say to bring Ira at any cost or else she'd die etc.!

@Shinya

Ira's fault was to act hastily. She could have waited for car tyre to be changed. Or taken a taxi. She shouldn't have boarded that tonga or asked him to speed up on that road with full of potholes, mud and stones. Why the driver or Ira did not take a proper pucca road on their way back home is another questionable issue. Ira felt concerned for Meenu but should have taken care of her own condition too.

Alok's the main fool here for calling up Ira in such an alarmed way! If he was so concerned about not giving her stress then why he did this?

I agree it is not uncommon for SILs to accompany on delivery day but when both are in critical condition then why didn't the man in charge take another woman along for support to both women?

They showed era as 1980s. Indeed this stupid track is like B grade family movies of 80s! Jeetendra-Jaya Prada starrers!

So true! I feel cvs are gambling alot using shekars track again maybe cause they hope shiv popularity will see it through. However singhs are the back bone, the background seemed out off place and funny on them. Totally disconnected family. There was no good scene what could have been wrapped up in 15 minutes will now be shown for three days with no progression in story. I can't help compare how much better the track was with the Singh's. Point is simple for me bv is still Singh's. Shejkars are outsiders still for me

BH characters have distinctive personalities. They also gel nicely to portray the family dynamics. KB characters are shallow. Each one is leaving in own bubble. And they are disconnected with each other.
Daddu didn't look connected to past or present. Sanchi and Mahi are silent spectators. Anandi is like a fish out of water. Alok and Ira are totally disconnected. CM is in some other world far from reality. On top of it, CVs show unbelievable drama. Then how will we feel connected to them??
