The Illusive JB Magic-How to get it Back

Ok guys no belans or jootas. Just posing a theory.

So I think one of the reasons we love JB couple is because what we term as "magic". I think a lot of this magic was what we saw between them right after they got married and till the PR raaz came out. I think a lot of this magic had to do with the uncertainity of feelings they had for each other. It's the quintessential does she or does'nt she on both sides. The hesitation, the uncertainity the angst was a lot of the reasons of what we saw translated into the screen. I feel a lot of on-screen couples losse some part of this magic when they realize and achnowledge the love they have for each other. With the uncertainity and the angst gone we as audience loose some of the anticipation and thus in some way the magic is reduced.

For example todays very sweet BW tantrun screen was great, but it was nothing close to the one she had when she found Roshni getting JW water in the bathroom. That was classic.

So now I am going to pose a question to you guys:

Do you think to get back that lost magic we need to bring our couple back full circle where they are not sure of the others feelings and they have to rediscover each other.

For example a great time would have been Bani leaving after finding out she was pregnant and than JW finding her after 5 years and neither sure of the other and having to find their way back with both very mad at each other.

Now as things stand there is two ways the break can happen.

1. Either JW gets suspicious of BT and things come to an head and they get seperated and after a leap BT have a close friendship but Bani still loves JW and they rediscover each other.

2. Tarun or the mastermind manipulates Bani into framing JW for Sahils murder and JW thinking Bani does not trust him looses faith and huge break happens. Also the inadvertant BT closeness will bring more distance. JW becomes reclusive and goes back to his RB avatar and bani finding out the truth has to give JW back the faith in love and bring him to life again.

I personally like the second option because in that skunk is the mastermind and skunk does not get inbetween the couple romantically. After the ONS fiasco I could rather not have a romantic angle. Also the second one will be like the beginning of KS where JW after Pia's betrayal went into rage and Bani with her kindness and love tamed him. Now we will have Krishna thrown in for bonus.

I feel the scenes now are cute but don't have the magic because they are sure of the others love. We need a major break, and it will be riveting watch, and than the couple can find their way back to each other.

meghna very good points agreed that scenes and chemistry is still awesome between the two but nothing compared to their post marriage days before pr raaz...meghna a good break wld have been bani leaving after ons and then 3-5 yrs later they meet jai unaware abt krishna they rediscover each other later krishna cmes into picture...but now after so much they seperating bcoz of tarun is 🤢 and with a child cming ...i dunno what mayi is planning she still can create magic without seperating them showing the hesitation in their relation and jais jealousy possessiveness but not suspicion...of the two ur second option sounds better but after everything i just do not want bani to suspect jai of murder but stand by him..hopefully

Great points, I think your right.......the magic was created when Jai and Bani were both confused of there feeling towards one another and now thet they are sure, that slight magic has gone.

However, I still think they have that magic between them that keeps us wanting more Jai and Bani scenes.

I like option 2, it would be great to see them re-discover each other again, and it would be great to see Jai back to his RB avatar.

I agree with you Meghna. Now that they know how much they love and care for each other, I think the intensity, curiosity and the suspense isn't there anymore…it's just not the same as before. They need to go back and rediscover each other. Bani should've left the WM after the ONS raaz was revealed, it would've been a perfect setup to see the two duffers yearning/longing for each other 😉 . Thanks to Ekta and her stupid brainless team we have to put up with some junky half baked short stories these days 😡 .

i agree..the thrill is always in the chase.when u get the thing the sheen wears off somewhat.Magic can only be restored if ekta gets some good creative mind to come with some original and genuinely interesting track and a good dailogue writer...brij mohan was great with the dialogue and ofcourse sandeep sikand did a terrific job with the tracks....the director also changed midway...ekta lost some of her most important people..and hence the downslide...goes on to show that actors however good they are can't really pull off and pull out a serial from the pits....the success of any project is the result of team effort...thats what ekta and jb need right now
