I'm all for unconventional and even dark themes but in this case, it was just horrific. Complete waste of my life.

Really? That bad? And just yesterday, someone had piqued my interest by singing its praises.

Honestly, it is terrible. It's very dark and disturbing but that's not the main problem. It's very incoherent as well. There's this weirdness to it that I tried very hard to understand but I just couldn't. Maybe I'm not intelligent enough for something so abstract but I usually appreciate Kashyap's work so I thought I would like this. But boy was I wrong.

I think it was John who called it a movie that came before it's time, which I think is a pretty big statement to make. I may still watch it to see what I make of it but it will probably give me a headache by the sound of it.

My two cents on the topic...

If we're going for movies that were obviously built on the most ridiculous ideas, Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi is a strong contender. But if I were to name a movie that I thought had a terrible storyline, I would say Ishaqzaade. Awful movie.

I was watching clips of this old tacky movie. Kajol looked like she wasn't even enjoying this role. Her role as the twin sister was ridiculous,...
