The National Commission for Woman has served fresh summons on TV producer Ekta Kapoor for January 3, 2005 to appear before the commission in connection with complaints by women's organisations regarding a marital rape scene in her popular soap opera 'Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi.' Rejecting reports that divisions among her fellow members in the commission was leading to her keeping mum on Kapoor's failure to appear before the watchdog body, NCW chairperson Poornima Advani said, "We have asked her to appear before the commission on January 3rd." Kapoor had earlier failed to keep her December 1st date with the commission after which she was asked to make her submission on December 14th. However, the very next day she asked for a fresh date and now the commission has asked her to make her submission on January 3rd. Earlier, Advani adjourned the hearing, as Ekta had submitted a CD of the episode in question to the commission through her lawyers. The episode aired on October 12 depicted one of its main characters Ansh Gujral (Akashdeep Sehgal) raping his wife Nandini (Gauri Pradhan).

Maybe this time instead of NOT listening to her audience, she will listen to the courts. Serves her right!😡 Maybe now she will come up with better storylines and not repeat the whole rape business in ALL her shows. 😡

Even i agree to this one, SERVES HER ABSOLOUNTLY RIGHT, maybe now she will show some decency in her show no rapes, second marriages, murders comin from no where, girls gettin pregnant before marriage and even worser girls can get pregant atall, and the list is quite long, even though things lyk these makes her soap fasinating and exciting to watch since shes made soooooo many soaps with maybe a different start of storyline but then at the middle part (which by the way never ends) its all the same lyk other soaps, but i wouldnt say i dont enjoy watchin her soaps at times i jus get bored of the same old script

now she will finally get da msg 2 her head

in my opinion the only serial she made good is koi dil mein hai i mean its gettiing interesting

very funny lol they need to say that to her lol....hey maybe we can pitch in and buy her a pack of toothbrushes and toothpastes and facial cleansers.....she needs it. I just hope she doesn't smell lol...😆
