As my title suggests, my post is all about Sharon and her characterization! As we have seen all the other lead's individuality has been explored in context of all three aspects of the show,i.e Dil Dost and Dance, there remains one such lead among the four, that is Sharon! So I would like to list my opinion on how,I wish to see Sharon character being explored in three aspects!
Dil: To start off with Dil, it has played a very important role in building up of Sharon's character! From an egoistic lass to an calm-headed girl, Sharon has come a long way and the main contributor to this is her love towards swayam. People always say love changes a person and this was the best example of it, where in Sharon has learnt what is love and how to keep love! She has started to live for her love, which in turn shows the growth of her character with respect to Dil! Now what I expect is, regarding her characterization is, off late,progress in her character has come to a near halt, where she keeps trying to win back swayam n him refusing! But I would want to see her going to a different level in actually winning back swayam! Her changing for love is all fine but, it should have a greater impact than just random changes!
Dosti: This brings me to a sad part that, never was Sharon's character shown blending with dosti aspect! Apart from sha Rey and with simmi,it was never shown her strong bonding with other members of gang! Somewhere it still remains blatant ignorance of CVS in moulding her character with dosti playing a role in Sharon's life! She was the manager of the team long back,but still was never shown her bonding with members of team growing strong! I understand Sharon is a reserved type of person,but now as she is gradually opening up, I want her to gel along well with other members too! Yes it does feel sad that whenever there is Dosti track going on,Sharon will have the least stance! So pwant this to be justified :)
Dance: This defines Sharon! She is the 'Dancing Diva' of D3 but still, never exactly it has been shown her passion for dance! This is very disappointing for me as a Sharon fan. We earlier have seen all other leads and even gang members too shown passionate about dance, but Sharon,she never had any dance oriented track till date:( its depressing to see The Dancing Diva not having her share of dance oriented track! I now personally want to see her passion for dance being brought out. A proper justification to title bestowed upon her would be by giving a well scripted dance track! Though the asthma track did have few bits of dance aspect, but it was never a ful fledged dance track. hope this is justified too:)
This brings me to the conclusion of Sharon being connected to different aspects and would want all the necessities mentioned above being fulfilled:)
Hope we get to see the depth of her character being explored in all 3 very soon :)
