Khushi felt a little disoriented, one moment he was weaving magic on her body and the next second he was asking her a question, something that required her to take control of all her senses, a task she found difficult in the current moment

What?' She asked with a hint of irritation as she sat straight on the bed

Arnav smirked. Hmmm... Khushi are you sure about this?' He tried not to look at the upper part of the body which was completely naked and visible to his eyes.

Kushi considered his question for a split second and answered almost instantaneously, Yes Arnav. I have never been more sure.' She said looking him in the eye. 'Was she being too impatient?' She wondered.

Her first experience of intimacy had been better than anything she had imagined so far, with her body craving for more. When Arnav had stopped she felt something missing, a sense of unfulfillment. She needed him to continue doing all the wonderful things he did, for her own sanity. She also wanted him to know that she was sure of this, that she was not being swayed by the moment. Yes, of course, the evening had been beautiful and romantic, but their intimacy had been gradually progressing to the point where they found themselves today.

Arnav ran his fingers through his hair as he tried to regulate his breathing. There were still some practical aspects they needed to consider. And Kushi's state of undress wasn't helping him focus.

Erm Khushi, since this is unplanned I don't have condoms on me.' He offered an explanation.

Tsk Tsk Arnav, how irresponsible of you? I had always thought of you as a responsible man. Or are you one of those men who think that contraceptives are a woman's headache?' She smiled at him teasingly.

Kushi stop teasing. Now is not the time.' He paused and then added, Not when you are looking like this.' He pointed to her naked upper body. Two could play at this game.

Khushi immediately realised the embarrassing state she was in and pulled a blanket to cover her body. A deep blush rose up her cheeks.

I know the answer to this question, but still its worth asking. Are you on birth control pills by any chance?' When it looked like Kushi would eat him alive for asking such a question that could be misinterpreted as questioning a woman's virginity, he added as a way of explanation. Hang on! Hear me out. I have been told that some women take pills to manage their menstrual cycle if they are suffering from certain conditions.'

Not me!' Kushi snapped back at him.

Arnav put his hands up in surrender. He walked to the bed and sat next to her and ran his fingers through her long hair. Don't get upset sweetheart. I was just trying to think of a way to solve the issue at hand. I want this as much as you do, if not more.'

The blush on her cheeks made a return. I could probably take one of those emergency pills. I have heard Payal talk about it.' She mumbled.

Are you sure you will be okay?' He held her free hand.

Kushi nodded her head in response.

He then drew her knuckle close to his mouth and started kissing her fingers one by one. Well thats sorted them. On our way to the airport tomorrow, we could stop by a pharmacy and purchase the pill. We can then discuss what contraceptives you'd like to use in the future.'

Kushi wished she could pull her hand back and close her face. She couldn't believe that here she was, half naked, discussing the kind of contraceptives she could use, with a man she loved. She moved her eyes away from Arnav and looked at her lap.

Feeling shy, are we Kushi?' Arnav teased.

Kushi nodded her head in negative still not looking at Arnav.

In which case...' He left the sentence hanging as he started kissing Kushi's bare arm from the tip of her fingers to all the all the way to her neck. He kissed her at a leisure pace, like he had all the time in the world, as if he were memorising and savoring every moment. As his lips reached her neck, he moved the mass of her hair to the other shoulder to reveal her back. He then slowly kissed his way through her back eliciting sounds from Kushi that alternated anywhere between a moan and a whimper. When Kushi couldn't take it any longer, she turned around and hugged Arnav closely, her bare body coming in contact with his, the blanket that she used to cover her body now lay forgotten beside her. Arnav took her lips in a slow tantalising kiss, that built a slow raging flame inside both of them. Kushi ran her hands over his back and then moved to the front to touch his abs. And when she ran her fingers to lightly graze over his nipple, she heard him hiss.

'This is it,' Arnav decided. He lay her on the bed as they continued from where they had left. Very soon Arnav's touches, caresses, kisses took Kushi to sensual heights she hadn't experienced before. All this feels so new. All this feel so good.' She thought to herself. After paying attention to every small detail of her upper body, Arnav got up from the bed. Kushi wondered what was wrong with him this time. Why he always looked for excuses to stop the delicious things he did to her with his hands and lips. It took less than a few seconds for the doubts in Kushi's mind to clear. Arnav got rid of his jeans and the rest of the items of his clothing as he stood before her naked.

Kushi forgot to breath, she had read about male anatomy, and had even seen pictures of it, but nothing quite prepared her for this moment. She ran her eyes from his head to his toes, he looked all male; muscular, athletic and rigid, which was so different from how she looked, soft, curvy and feminine.

Arnav walked toward the bed. Scared Kushi?' He knew this was the moment of reckoning. This was probably the first time Kushi had seen a naked man. And at the back of his mind, he knew that she had every reason to feel scared and apprehensive. And that if she still wished they could call this off.

Kushi didn't want to lie to him. She was enthralled by what she saw, but she was also scared. She had heard stories of how the first experience could range anywhere between uncomfortable to painful. And when she saw the proof of his reactions to her body, she realised why.

A little bit Arnav. But not because I have developed a cold feet. This is the first time I'm seeing a man...' She left the sentence hanging.

Arnav sat next to her and held her hand. We can call this off anytime you want to. I'll probably have to take a cold shower for the rest of the night though.' He laughed.

This is whats she loved most about him, how he could make her smile even in the most serious of conversations.

She smiled back at him. Does it hurt bad?' She asked him. It was better this way. She could lay out her fears in front of him. What else are partners for?

I'm not going to lie to you. It does hurt a little, so I have been told. But it is only for the first time and that too for a short while. I promise to be gentle and take it slow. And remember if you feel very uncomfortable we can call this off.' He reassured her.

Kushi nodded her head. She bolstered herself up on her knees as she kissed Arnav. Her momentary fears had been addressed. She was completely prepared for this and even if it hurt bad she had the choice to call it off.

Very soon Arnav removed the remainder of Kushi's clothes as he spent time worshiping the lower part of her body, making sure she was as ready as she could be for him, doing everything so that she would feel as less pain as possible.

When Kushi felt Arnav's fingers and then his lips on her femininity, her body jerked. Nothing quite prepared her for this moment.

She tried to close her legs and push Arnav away.

Kushi look at me.' And when he finally had her attention he looked her in the eye.

Trust me Kushi, let me in.' Kushi obliged and then Arnav showed her what exactly it meant to be loved.

Once he was sure that Kushi was ready and that she was willing to go ahead with the whole thing, he placed himself in between her legs.

He placed a kiss on the knuckles of her right hand. I love you Kushi.'

Kushi looked at him never breaking eye contact, knowing that she needed to see him, needed to see the love in his eyes for her to get through this.

Kushi felt a sharp pain as he moved inside her, but she tried not to show it.

Arnav stopped and waited for Kushi to get used to the intrusion as he continued to kiss the rest of her body to make her relax. Once he felt Kushi relaxing he looked at Kushi for any visible signs of discomfort. Kushi smiled at him and moved herself a little to make herself more comfortable. She then ran her toenails on the lower part of his back, as a way of teasing and challenging him.

That was all the encouragement Arnav needed as he started moving inside her, first slowly and patiently. When he felt Kushi respond to his movements first a little cautiously and then matching his every thrust, he increased his pace. Although this was Kushi's first time, she was surprised at how her body had reacted to and moved in tandem with Arnav's. The two of them continued to move together, as they slowly found a rhythm that was unique to them, that took them higher and higher and then finally exploded, that ended with both of them calling out each others name, bringing them both a sense of fulfillment, belonging that they had never felt before .

A little later as they lay on the bed. Arnav held Kushi close to his chest, to his heart, as how she should always be. He moved his hand on her back, massaging her lower back muscles subconsciously. Kushi twirled with the hair on Arnav's chest as she fought hard to keep the tears at bay. Not because she was scared or remorseful, but simply because she found it a very emotional experience.

They both lay like that for a long while, trying to make the moment last, the magic last for as long as they could. Words would be exchanged another time. For now they both both remained silent as they both finally realised what it was like to Make Love.
