i think the truth is more complicated but i'm sure that Shiv is NOT Alok and Meenu son. i dont believe that was anything romantic between Alok and Meenu. meenu calls Alok bahiya. in mean even if you have a one night stand with someone you wont call him Bahiya.
Shiv could be meenu son, and Alok may be want to hide the fact that Ira's baby died, and alok replaced the dead girl child with a healthy baby shiv.
in one of the episodes meenu tells Mahi that she pregnant before him with a girl child who died.
i think that meenu giver birth to a male child , and she gave that child to Ira, and proclaim that she gave birth to a dead girl child.
i think as for jagya and ganga. i think either ganga may go ahead and get pregnant. or this will be the time when gauri will return with jagya child. that would be dadisa blood grandchild. so there will be no problem for her to climb the sone ki siedi
