the doctor who attented madhu Din give a right kind of expression to RK ..if it was a happy news am sure the doc wud have smiled at least n asked him to check on his wife ..

Roma too gave a sad / confused expression ...it can be an acting too from her side... but it doesnt seem so ...

so i guess madhu's pregnancy might have complications ...where it might not be safe for the childs mother to head on ...

acc. to the Precap : when RK gets back to the room ..madhu reveals she is preggy... and RK's expressions were a happy one ..happily surprised look ..at least to me ...

may be ...after a while RK wud have learnt the truth from either madhu or pabho or radha or dips regarding the complications of her pregnancy ...

so now RK's reactions in the promo can be justified ..as he doesnt want HIS madhu to suffer at the cost of becoming a mom...he might have thot they can surely have babies in the future ..


N that is why RK says he doesnt want a baby ...he is sounding loud n clear that his movies are more important to him !! but in reality he wants his madhu safe !!

For RK its Madhu who is more important than the baby anyday !!!

RK told Dipali that Madhu would be shooting for 3 more weeks and will be all his. So for me this new promo is probably Madhu thinking too much and having a nightmare, because RK hasn't said too much upon hearing she is pregnant so she imagines the worst, it's Madhu's nightmare that promo.
