Seher Hone Ko Hai: Kausar urges Mahid to break Seher’s heart as Fareed prepares to reveal the truth to Amaal

The latest episode of Seher Hone Ko Hai begins with Kausar speaking to Mahid. She tells him that she is a mother and her only concern is Seher. Kausar says that Mahid still holds a place in Seher’s heart and becomes emotional while saying this. Mahid recalls Seher’s earlier confession. Kausar then asks Mahid to do something that will make Seher hate him so she can move on. Mahid silently agrees, though visibly affected, and walks away.

The next morning, Kausar is seen sitting beside Seher as the doctor gives an update about her health. The doctor confirms that Seher is stable. Kausar thanks the almighty. Soon, Seher regains consciousness and looks around. Kausar asks if she is searching for Mahid and informs her that he had come the previous night, but she asked him to leave. Seher, in a restrained tone, says Kausar did the right thing.

As Seher tries to sit up, Kausar helps her. Seher looks outside the window and says that in the morning light she can clearly recall everything she said to Mahid. She admits feeling guilty and ashamed. Kausar gently encourages her to share her thoughts. Seher then explains that when she saw Mahid and Nazima together, she first believed it was her misunderstanding. However, after recent events, she feels convinced it was true. She adds that Mahid never clarified anything or defended himself, which made her believe what she saw. Seher says that now she can clearly see the distance in their relationship. Kausar consoles her and tells her to accept what has happened and move forward.

At Niyazi Manzil, Nazima is seen leaving with her bags. She looks toward her parents for support, but Wasim scolds her and shuts the door. Left with no option, Nazima walks toward Mahid. She tells him that she is leaving and will not come between him and Seher anymore. She apologises and confesses her feelings. Mahid, however, presents a condition. He tells her that she must agree to get engaged as a form of punishment. Nazima is both surprised and relieved. When she asks the reason, Mahid says he needs to break Seher’s heart completely so she can forget him and move ahead. He also calls it Nazima’s punishment. He makes it clear that this will only be an act and nothing more. Mahid asks if she agrees to his terms, and Nazima accepts without hesitation.

Back at the hospital, Seher gets ready for discharge as her condition improves. She asks Kausar to wait while she steps out for a moment. Outside, she finds a group of people gathered. They greet her and offer gifts and prayers. Seher asks the reason. The people say that because of Seher and Mahid, the attacker was caught and the girl was saved. They mention that Mahid caught the man in the hospital and handed him over to the police. Seher learns about Mahid’s actions and assumes he helped out of duty. The crowd asks about Mahid, and the nurse says he isn't here. Someone calls him.

Meanwhile, Mahid is seen working, updating school records. He recalls Kausar’s words about making Seher hate him. He receives a call informing him that Seher has been discharged and people are waiting for him. For a moment, Mahid imagines a scene of his engagement with Nazima, reflecting his inner conflict.

In another scene, Fareed remembers Amaal’s questions about the DNA test. He decides not to hide the truth from her anymore. Kausar enters his cabin and offers him a napkin, noticing his emotional state. She tells him that his eyes reflect more than just tiredness.

Back outside, Seher continues meeting people. As a fruit basket almost slips from her hand, Mahid arrives and catches it. They share a brief eye contact. Mahid takes the items from her and thanks the people for their concern, asking them to leave so Seher can rest. He takes her to a room and arranges a table for her to sit. He asks about her health. Seher offers him a towel as she notices dust on his face. After cleaning up, Mahid steps out to address the remaining visitors and thank them again.

When Mahid returns and tells Seher she can step out, she instead closes the door.

In the upcoming episode, Seher tells Mahid that her feelings were one-sided and decides to end their bond.
