Actor Zareen Khan is mourning the loss of her mother, Parveen Khan, who passed away on April 8, 2026. Ten days after her demise, the actor shared an emotional note on social media, reflecting on her grief and the void left behind.
Posting a video montage of their moments together, Zareen began her message with the Arabic phrase, “Iinaa lillh wa’iinaa ‘iilayh rajiewn (Indeed, to Allah we belong and to Him we shall return).” The note captured her personal loss without attempting to frame it for a wider audience.
She wrote, “My first love, my mother, my best friend, my baby, my world, my everything… It’s been 10 days that you are gone. I’m not gonna write some long caption for the world to read because you know exactly what I’m going through right now without you.” Her words remained direct and deeply personal.
Expressing the emotional impact, she added, “There’s a constant ache and emptiness in my heart which is irreplaceable. Miss you so so much… Until we meet again.” The post resonated with many who have followed her journey over the years.
