We should not expect that creatives understand simple logic. Shiv is about 30 years old and at that time, birth certificates were not that much common in smaller cities (Udaipur is not some metro), creatives never will understand about this thing - in past they have shown even more bloopers where Jagdish changed his name to Jagat - when one cannot change it at his own will - if he changed name after filing affidavit etc. (without knowledge of his family) then his degree (MBBS and also records in MS) were in name of some Jagat Singh, how he is practicing now as Jagdish Singh?
