Sanchi's aggression is coupled with a scheming mind. For me she is not mentally unstable. A mentally unstable person cant plan the way sanchi plans. In this way we can even defend Hitler. Sanchi would have destroyed everything that would have come between her and Jagya. She almost achieved that. Even Nirbhaya killers were mentally unstable. So what if they brutalised her? We cant blame the family as this girl tries to harm herself if they dont give into her whims. I really feel for Ira and others to deal with a person like sanchi.

True leaves. If you consult any well-known psychiatrist they would call Hitler a mentally unstable man. Many books and articles written so far on this, some are below. You can search this as a very intersting topic on google.

Any human who deviates from normalcy could be termed as unstable. That includes we ourselves also, as we all are a combination of SANCHI and ANANDI at times.

Have we ever thought; why one human being would try to harm another human being? Be it murder, rape, robbery? Are we born with this nature? Then what changes us? There are numerous books available which discusses this.

Please note it's not (only) love and care but psychiatric help that they need 😊

The world is full of psychopaths and some surface and some dont.

For some it is ingrained in their DNA and for some circumstances responsible.

As the frequent shootings in US demonstrate the aggression includes aggression against self.

In sanchi's case, her aggression is always towards others and not against herself. She is not a psychopath but an extremely selfish person who wont mind unfair means to get what she wants. She wants to live but not let others live peacefully when her plans go awry.

Especially anandi, Jagya, ganga and shiv. they should be extremely careful and not to take her at face value for some time.

There are only 5000 mental health professionals in India.

One in five people in India live with a mental illness.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), countries like India devote less than 1% of their health budgets to mental health compared to 10%, 12%, 18% in other countries.

While there are as many as two crore (20 million) Indians suffering from mental illnesses, the country has only 3,500 psychiatrists and 1,500 psychiatric nurses to treat them⁷. According to the Head of the Department of Psychiatry at New Delhi's G B Pant Hospital R C Jiloha, an estimated 1-2% of India's 100-crore plus population suffer from major mental disorders and about 5% of the population from minor depressive disorders. Most of the psychiatrists are based in cities or private hospitals. However, government hospitals face an acute shortage, although they are the ones which treat the poor. In the United States there are 45,615 psychiatrists⁸.

I am happy to see that BV is giving importance to Sanchi's mental health.

It's said that "One in five people in India live with a mental illness." (Reference - http://www.mindsfoundation.org/what-is-mental-illness/india/). The problem is mostly people in our country think that visiting a psychiatrist is a matter of shame and only people falling under "mad" category should do that.

Hope more and more people in India would deal with ill mannered sons/daughters more scientifically and maturely rather than slapping or punishing them which would make the matter even worse.

It's a meaningful message for all 😊

ira's dailogues made me rem wat ppl aspects r... aise patients n alll... anandi was rite is nt mad... evn nrmal ppl tke councellings...

saanchi is disgusting and idiot but not a rare case...in fact i can relate with her anger...i don't get angry over such things as saanchi does but when i do i started shouting or crying and even in my teenage years i used to feel my parents don't understand me because of our age difference although i never voiced it so openly (i and they had quiet big age difference compared to other parents and their children)

the biggest flaw of saanchi is she refuses to see her own mistake or even feel guilty about them...the moment she starts feeling such way half of the problem will be solved and rest is just her anger management...i feel the very first thing shekhar should do is to make sure saanchi and anandi don't cross each other's way...saanchi doesn't need pampering but she does need some space from that girl...saanchi is not ready yet to accept anandi as her family so it's obvious she feels so resentful towards her...hope dr.priya tells shekhars that.

We all might not know what is the reason behind her such strange behaviour. May be the doctor would find that out. It's her job and she is trained for doing so. I believe had Shiv married Ashi also, Sanchi would have made her life pathetic. She needs attention; over everything else. But why? What does she think she lacks?

Yes, most of us were more turbulent in our teens than what we are today. We learnt it over the years from life.

As Anandi said she needs a direction. I had penned down the same in this post of mine.
