Is Shiv Sumitra and Bhairon's long lost son

With the track of Shiv being adopted opening up, I have a feeling that Shiv is somehow related to the Singh's. Either he is Basant's son from his 1st wife (Remember Basant was a widower when he married Gehna) or somehow Sumitra & Bhairon's child who got separated from them this way the rest of Shekhar's including Sanchi will be useless for the upcoming story line and can slowly be eliminated this way we do not have to deal with Sanchi ever again.

If they can eliminate Sanchi this way, I am all for it!

shiv related to singhs look very stupid and regressive to me...it's should not happen...bhairon and sumitra had no lost son and basant's first wife only still born child was way much younger than anandi and jagya and shiv is older than both of them
