Here are the following Possibilities and their Consequences :

Now that it is evident that Jodha is not at all pregnant from the Friday precap, and yet the pregnancy track is going to come:
So these things might be possible.
1. Jalal's doubt on Cheapuddin
If at all the written promo (cuz I hvnt seen promo on Tv yet) is true, By some chance Cheapuddin may be coming out from
Jodha's room and Jalal might mistake him to be responsible for Jodha's pregnancy.
Consequence - Cheapuddin will be bashed for sure by jalal. I don know Jodha's fate.
2. Sujamal's entry
If Cheapuddin's intervention is not at all there, and the scene which is shown in promo is misleading or different, then still Jalal may doubt Jodha due to Khwaja Shera's diagnosis .. Sujamal may come to rescue Jodha or by some other reason he may be re-introduced ..and Jalal
might mistake him to be responsible..Or atleast He might think Jodha-Sujamal affair..
Consequence - We might get to see the whole Jodha-Akbar Film thingy..wherein Hameeda will tell Jalal about Sujamal..That he is her brother..Jalal will be guilty for that..and Also Khwaja Shera may be exposed!
3. Jalal may not doubt Jodha
From promo it seems, he shouted Jodha Begum..But may be (0.001%) if he believes her and gives her chance of justifying
herself..Then may be Jodha wont be so much hurt..
Consequence - Jodha might get tested once again and both, Jodha's and Jalal's doubts will vanish and villains will get posed to great
danger to their exposure.!!
Btw, this is the least possible thing!
4. Hameeda might intervene cuz She believes Jodha the most
If at all Jalal retorts that he didnt do anything with Jodha yet, Hameeda might get surprised and help out Jodha.
Because She has been supporting her remarkably well..in the worst of worst situations..
Consequence - Truth may be out and Jalal will not doubt Jodha..Even Jodha will not doubt Jalal and wont be shattered.
There are many more possibilities.
All in all, There can be 2 things which may happen :
1. Either Jalal will lose Jodha's trust and it will be very difficult for him to regain her trust back if he is going to doubt her as soon as he hears "Jodha is pregnant" and bashes her for reasons mentioned above.
2. He will not doubt Jodha, rather clear out everything with her. (this track has got 0.1% chances)
