Pata nahi yaar I m too confused...there are two possibilities - 1. after she faints the doctor may inform that she's pregnant...but they just returned from Amer itni jaldi pregnancy kaise ho sakti hai..??😕...2. In her unconscious condition someone may try to touch her & after a month doctor tells her she's expecting & she suspects it was Jalal...

2nd possibility se zyada dar lagta hai...😭
