"Roshni !!" a man shouted out in pain and agony. Like every other night, tonight also he had woken up in mid-sleep; no, he never slept, it was just a trance of memories, and flashbacks.
And like every other night, tonight also he had tears of guilt and remorse in his eyes. There was a void in him which no one could fill. He was a broken, shattered man.The light of his life, his roshni, had been forcefully extinguished. And now he was the empty broken shell of that lamp. A remainder of life's cruelty towards love.
He looked at the file he was holding.

Today would have been there fourth marriage anniversary. But now the day remained engraved in his memory as Roshni's, his Roshni's third death anniversary.
Flashback:
The marriage rites had just finished. They were sitting]peacefully on the window sill of his, now their, room.
" Arjun, aaj ka din kitna khoobsoorat hai naa. Mai ye din kabhi nahin bhulungi."
"Roshni, din to hamesha ek jaise hote hain. Khaas to bas usse log banate hain."
"Jo bhi ho Arjun. Din khaas ho ya log. Par ye tarikh hamari zindagi ka ahem hissa hamesha rahega."
"wo to hai." Saying this Arjun, kissed her forehead.
Flashback end.
He walked forward and stopped in front of her portrait, heonly photo in his house, not home- room no 319 of Ram Lodge- and talked to her:
"You see, Roshni, tumne mujhse pyaar karke kitni badi galti ki thi. Mere aas paas jo bhi aaya, tum, Sam, RIya, sab ki zindagi barbaad ho gayi. Tumne ek manhoos insaan se shaadi ki Roshni.
