What causes Rashid to have a heart attack

I was wondering that as per the spoilers, Rashid will have a heart attack. What could be the reason for this? It can't because of Asya because Rashid seemed really happy when Asad took Zoya away. He seemed proud of Asad. I wonder is it because of Shireen or Razia?
