Purvi gets hurt in an accident .She was lying unconscious on the road when Arjun's car is stopped by some people who want to help Purvi .They take Purvi in Arjun's car to the hospital . Arjun does not gets to see the woman he is helping .
In the hospital, Purvi is told by the doctor that she has had stitches on her chin and she must not talk at all and write down messages .Archana calls but Purvi tells the doctor to tell her mum that she is in a meeting .Prashant takes Pranav and Sonu out for kulfi .
Shashant comes home to meet Ankita .She tells him clearly that she does not wish to marry him as she has too many responsibilities on her .She also tells him that it is not right for him to say that he will share these responsibilities .She asks him to marry Mansi instead because this is what his parents also want and even Mansi is in love with him .Shashank gets angry and leaves .
He comes back a little later , He goes to Mansi and tells her that he is ready to marry her but first he has something important to tell her .He tells Mansi ( Ankita is also standing in the room ) that he loves Ankita and wanted to marry her for the past two years but she only thinks about her brothers and sisters and for Mansi she has now even said no to him.
On hearing this Mansi starts crying and she tells Shashank that she will not marry him .
Shashank tells Ankita that he loves only her and will never marry anyone else because he can never love anyone else .He is very angry with Ankita and tells her that he will live his life the way he wants to live and she better not tell him what to do .
Archana is worried because Purvi did not call her back .She calls Arjun to find out about Purvi .the phone is picked up by Tina .Archana thinks that Tina is Ovi's girl .She starts talking to Tina but Arjun takes the phone and he tells Archana that he had no idea that Purvi was in Mumbai .Now Archana is panicking because she thought that Purvi was having a meeting with him .
Arjun thinks that maybe the woman he saw in the hotel reception area must be Purvi...
Ankita sees Mansi running around and doing all the chores. Se tells Mansi that Shashank is more like a friend to her and she agreed to marry him because it felt right but the fact is that Mansi is in love with him and that makes all the difference .Mansi tells Ankita that she did love Shashank but she loves her more .She tells Ankita that she will not let Ankita sacrifice her life for her sister and no one will ever get to know about her love for Shashank .
