Are the shekhars right in going to the reception

I feel they could have turned it down diplomatically and told Kalyani while they were happy to be invited, their not coming should not be interpreted as they were still angry with the singhs or something. But that given saanchi's state of mind it might not be appropriate for them to come to the J-G reception.

Shakhers should not go to Jaitsar even if they are invited for the reception, it will only lead to awkward situation for all. At the most they should send Shiv and Anandi to attend the reception. In Sa-Ja track everybody was at fault but the creatives make it like it was only Sanchi's fault. And now again this mixing up of Shakhers and Singhs so soon (and as per spoilers we will see a drunk Sanchi- there is limit to show degradation of a woman) will not be good. Shakhers can be diplomatic here, but then if the characters start behaving rationally- how will CVs drag the show?

Personally I think that while saanchi was wrong in many respects, Jagdish did indeed toy with her and commit to a loveless relationship and lived through it for several months of the engagement. I dont think he was correct to do that and for that reason alone I think the shekhars should keep their own self-respect and dignity intact.

I think its to show how saanchi hasnt changed and expose her for real. For so long she played everyone and only anandi was apprehensive about the marriage till the jagan drama started. Even during the court case anandi wanted neither side to be hurt esp jag and saanchi. She thought saanchi learned her lesson and got everyone to forgive her but once again saanchi was doing drama. Saanchi is a real sociopath and till her family sees her in real action they will keep on coddling her everytime she does something bad. She is gonna insult the singhs infront of everyone the whole town there is no going back now.

Funny thing is daddu suggested it to dadisa and told her to invite them, then when dadisa phoned back inviting them he feels awkward and then say they made the first effort and we should go.
