Bhanumathy receives from the mail to be sent to Seetha. Instead of giving Seetha's address she receives it herself and spends it on a sari. š² Ammu comes and enquires why she took Seetha's money. āļø Bhanumathy says this is in return for taking care of Seetha so many years. Ammu says she could have given the postman Seetha's address and she could have followed him and visited Seetha. She vows to tell Sundaram the truth šš¼ but Bhanumathy warns her to keep quiet and chases her out of the house .
Just then Sundaram comes in and asks what the commotion is about. Bhanumathy says she gave the postman Seetha's address to send the money but Ammu says she is lying. Sundaram is convinced when he sees the brand new sari. Bhanumathy at first disagrees then later admits to doing it as. It is only fair for her to receive something in return for caring for Seetha. She says anyway Seetha won't need it as she is living a luxurious life. She accuses him of favouring Seetha over Priya who is suffering. Appadiya? šš
Sundaram says he is worried about Seetha. He says both Seetha and Priya are equal to him but Priya is more intelligent and courageous (Sarithaan...š She uses them in an evil way... Ithu varai parkalaiyaa?) while Seetha is timid and accepts everything and never voices out her opinion. He warns Bhanumathy not to repeat the mistake or she will go to jail. (Yeppo, last episode mattum thaana ... Illai thappichiduvaangalaa? š) Bhanumathy criticises her husband.
Chitra receives a call and seems rather upset. She asks Bhuvana where Kalpana is. Bhuvana says Kalpana is out. Chitra asks her to call everyone into the
Iiving room.
When everyone arrive all staring at Chitra who is pacing the floor up and down deep in thought. Everyone asks her to talk and she replies wait for Kalpana to come... Ram comes and thinks Seetha did something to tension his mother.
Kalpana comes and Chitra asks where she went. Kalpana gives guilty look and says she visited her sick friend. Chitra says she will not allow her out of the house. Devaraj objects bit Chitra does not listen.
Suddenly Chitra laughs š²š¤£ All shock even me too as it was so unexpected. Very scary. LOLš
Chitra asks if they were all scared.
Enna kelvi ithu??? š She says good news... Business partner Nagarajan has asked Kalpana to marry his son... All pleasantly surprised while Kalpana full shock.
She says Kalpana is very blessed and fortunate to be Nagarajan's daughter-in-law while Patti says those who take good care of their daughters-in-law, their daughters will be happily married too.
Ravi tells Kalpana habba you were so small now you are so old to become married š We will make sure your wedding is held grandly as you are the only daughter in the Chakravarthy family. Priya pulls a funny face.š
Kalpana rushes out of the room and everyone laughs at her thinking she is shy.
Sumithra goes to take sweets but Chitra says wait for the wedding to be finalised. Sumithra and her husband tell her not to worry and Nagarajan's family have such a high prestige.
Seetha also smiles while Priya quietly tells her not to act like that and asks if she is happy that Kalpana is getting married while she herself pretends to smile.š Seetha becomes sad.
Chitra asks Seetha to make naivethiya pongal for Kalpana's pooja and tells her not to add onions.
Priya immediately plans to put onions in it and frame Seetha.
While Seetha is making the pongal, Priya gives her the phone saying Bhanumathy is on the line. Bhanumathy lectures her to follow what she and Priya says and makes Seetha feel guilty by saying she cried when she saw Seetha being mistreated by Ram. š² š¤Ŗ
While they are talking, Priya quickly cuts and adds the onions to the pongal.
Seetha sees them and is worried asking Priya how could she do this as this food is for pooja but Priya says this is the only way for Seetha to leave the house and asks her to serve it and be quiet.
Seetha switches off the stove staring at the pongal and wonders what to do and ends up crying. š
