As a muslim we always call each other brother and sister. its a very cultural thing. But this Salman khan is always acting like he is better then that.
So who cares if someone comes and calls you brother. So every older lady who can be a mom should tell people not to call them "ma" because she is not everyones mother. Same thing should be called for calling people aunty or uncle. its out of respect and honor that you all someone else uncle or aunty or brother or sister or ma .but Salman does not understand this thing.

He wants to be called Salman sir to make him feel that he is a big shot. that he is someone very important.

Why does SRK or Saif, or Amair or Ajay or Akshay have a problem with that. WHy does he have a problem with someone calling him brother. a bigger actor and a far better actor then him Anil Kapoor he has no problem but this guy does.

It actually shoes that the person calling you brother, sister or ma or uncle, aunty gives you that label is repecting you a lot more and feels that they connect with you more and love you as much as they love there real ma , uncle, aunty, sister or brother.

Actually is pretty common, we might not say "Bhai", we do call each other "brother" which is the same thing. Between any race, but I guess it depends place to place for some..

You wouldn't just go to someone you have seen for the first time and be like Bhai that'd be pretty odd.. and I just read as the TM said people call other older women maa.. I have never called maa/amma/ammi to anyone beside my own mum neither have I ever heard people calling other random people maa..😕

In today's show, when AJazz did impersonations, and said, now, I'm going to do Shah Rukh Bhai, Salman stopped him and asked him, Shah Rukh aap ka Bhai kaise hai? And then, poor AJazz got all flustered. Salman and Armaan had a big giggle out of it.

I think that is what this thread is referring to.

So you guys have never herd anyone saying to someone "maaji" a food vendor or anyone saying hat to an older women like in the ages of agrandmother.

I call men that i meet as bhai as a respect thing, I also say DI to a girl that i meet .

As a muslim we do call each other as brother and sister.

When you enter a Masjid and you see another muslim we greet them with assalamu alaikum brother or Asalamu Alaikum brother...

and for that person who asked where i got this information from.. why dont you go and check

@the Maa part, yes I agree with you.

But brother is even more common in the American culture, at university so many times, I might say "bro" to another guy who I've met for the first time.

I think the TM's major point is why does it bother Salman Khan if someone calls him Bhai, when its so common in our culture, does he think he is above them?

Personally, Salman did keep laughing after he said that to Ijaz, so I did assume, he was just trying to play around with him, and trying to purposely scare him and pull his leg
